Scene starts with the doctor telling sujata ma that simar can never conceive ever again and simar hears their conversation and is in a shock of state. Sujata is in tears and thinks that hope simar has not heard it and runs to find simar. Simar is walking on the road and thinking of what the doctor said and a car was about to hit her but sujata comes and pulls her aside and then simar breaks down and starts crying. then sujata consoles simar and tells her not to worry and simar says she has to tell prem about this in the evening. There at home uma and pari are discussing how to suprise simar and make her and prem happy and roli comes and gives them an idea and the rest of the family members approve of the idea as simar and prem will get out from their sorrows.
Simar and sujata enter and everyone asks what the doctor said and sujata says everything is normal and roli takes simar to roli room coz they wanted to decorate simar room. then they show sankalp crying and thinking of khushi. Later simar enters her room and sees all candles lit up in her room and baby photos written on it that (forget the past and go ahead)and she thinks that prem has put all these candles and photos and feels sad that how prems wish has broken at that time prem also enters and sees all that and thinks that simar is still thinking of having a child when she cant and how to tell her but then he decides that now she has to know the truth before its too late. then simar and prem are sitting on the bed and prem tells simar that for me you are more imp and your my life and dont need anyone else and simar says that my life also starts with you and will end with you and scene freezes on their face.
Precap : sujata telling the family that simar can never become a mother and everyone is shocked and roli comes and says to sujata that that cant happen.
