The Episode starts with Alia asking everyone to stop the party. She comes to Manju and asks how dare you? Manju says I….Alia says how can you present the forwarded poem to our important client. Manju says sorry and says I did a mistake. Alia says whoever don’t care about Dilse, don’t deserve to be in our organization. She fires him. Manju sits down in shock as Alia goes to her cabin. Manju says I need this job, how will I afford all the baby’s expenses. Sarangdhar says Alia ji didn’t do right, she shall take the decisions, seeing the circumstances as Manju is pregnant. Chote Lal says Alia doesn’t think of others emotion. Manju cries. Rahul asks Manju to talk to Alia once and says if you don’t talk to her, then you will repent all life. Manju’s friends ask Rahul to go and convince Alia. Alia talks to the lawyer. The lawyer says we can sue Manju for this. Rahul comes inside and tells Alia that he came for Manju, as this job is very important to her. Alia asks Manju to sit. Manju tells Alia that she was pressurized and that’s why did this mistake. Alia says we give more privilege to you, we pick you and drop, and don’t trouble you after office hours. Manju says I got insecure, after you didn’t call me for the online meeting. She says sorry. Alia asks what will I say to MLA Sinha. Manju says we will not tell Sinha that it is stolen and asks her to tell that it was written by pregnant writer. She says the real writer will not come and claim here. Alia says you want me to lie to Sinha and says she will not lie, and have to fire her. Param/lawyer says I have to take legal action against you. Manju folds her hand. Alia says no legal action will be taken against you. Manju goes from there crying. Sarangdhar thinks there is no value for the tears of the baby. Alia asks Rahul and Param to give 1 year salary as Bonus to Manju. Param says 1 month. Alia says 1 year and says she don’t want the baby to suffer because of her/his mom. She asks them not to tell anyone as she don’t want anyone to do this mistake, and think that she forgives such people.

Gautam comes to Veer and Nitya. Veer is waiting for Mr. Raghuvendra. Veer says I need your motivation dad. Gautam says you always ask for things and says you and Alia were perfect match, but you have ruined it all. He asks him not to wait for Raghuvendra as the meeting is cancelled. He says drink cola of Raghuvendra company and relax. Veer tells Nitya that he had asked Alia not to tell him.

Manju leaves from the office while all her colleagues leave her to the car. Sarangdhar thinks of the poem while Manju is leaving. Brij Mohan asks Sarangdhar’s mom about him. She says she didn’t know as he haven’t called her. Brij Mohan says it doesn’t seem like you haven’t talked to him. She says she is having stone on her chest as she is away from him.

Just then Sarangdhar calls his mom. Raju gives her mobile. Brij Mohan is about to see, but she takes the mobile and pretends as talking to her friend. Sarangdhar tells that he got a job, but other writer is thrown out of the job. He says he felt really bad and says my company madam is of soft heart, who understands emotions, but she is strict hearted woman. His mother congratulates him. Brij Mohan asks with whom she is talking to? His wife tells that her friend is pregnant. He asks about her age. She says 50. He says pregnant in this age. She says God listened to her prayers. Brij Mohan smiles.

Chote lal works in the office. Rahul comes to him. Chote lal says sorry and says yesterday seeing Sarangdhar, I thought that even my dream can come true to become an actor. Rahul asks if he came? Chote lal says no. Sarangdhar comes there and greets them. Rahul asks him why he is dressed up nicely. Sarangdhar says this job is his passion. Chote lal asks if he knows how to make tea? Sarangdhar says yes. Rahul asks Chote lal to do his work and asks Sarangdhar to get print outs. Sarangdhar sits on Manju’s desk and gives his email id. He takes the print out. Sarangdhar gets his friends’ call and talks to him. He shows him Dilse’s office. Alia comes there, while talking to Mr. Lal. Sarangdhar talks to his friend loudly. Alia gets disturbed…..and comes there. She looks at Sarangdhar. Sarangdhar opens the window and the baby pics print out falls on her face and all around her. Alia looks on.

Precap: Sarangdhar tells that he is a writer, junior or senior. Chote lal says Rahul hired him as office boy. Sarangdhar asks him to wait till evening and says Alia will remember his name.
