Sympathy pours in for Manish Raisinghani

Tough guys seldom cry, but when they do more than tears, it is the sympathy that pours in… that’s what is happening with Manish Raisinghani.

Manish Raisinghani known for his stylish and macho image as Siddhant in Sasural Simar ka on Colors is currently shows as having a heart break due to the only love of his life Roli played by Avika Gor. He is shown going through a break down on screen. The effect of the same is that he is randomly held for a warm hug or a pep talk by fans in the malls, on the roads and even when he is walking the ramp.

When we asked Manish he laughs and says, “During one of my ramp shows, it was really cute and funny on the lady who shared her sympathy with me while I was walking the ramp. It was funny because I burst out laughing while taking on the ramp as I heard that”.

So what did he do when he met the lady later? “Post the show, I made it a point to go and give a hug to that aunty for her deepest concern for the Roli-Siddhant love story. And yes, the return gift from the lady was that she pulled my cheeks” he adds.

On a serious note the actor says, “Crying scenes are really heavy for any actor and same applies to me. Using glycerine all day long is also troublesome but if it touches hearts, and rewards me with those hugs and love from people, then I feel it is all worth it.”
