The Episode starts with Popatlal dreaming about his marriage with Pari. Popatlal thinks of saying everyone but only after it is for sure. Jethalal and all ask Popatlal about what he has to say. Everyone discuss sitting at Abdul’s shop at night. Popatlal says he has a good news. He will say in detail when the things will be sure. Everyone joke on him. Jethalal says like always. They say this time Popatlal should get lucky.
The girl comes into the society. Popatlal gets very happy on seeing the girl in the car. He says that it means that his marriage will take place for sure this time.
Everyone go to talk to them. Daya and other women are seen sitting in the compound. Bhide welcomes them in the society. Popatlal is happily smiling. The girl shows Sheru to her parents. The kids introduces them to their parents as they have met before in the garden.
Popatlal asks them to come home. They say they want to talk to all the members. Popatlal tells the women that the girl also likes him. They get happy for him. Popatlal imagines his marriage with her.
The girl’s parents talk to them saying that the girl wanted so. They say they have brought Pari’s proposal. Everyone misunderstands and are very happy for Popatlal.
Sheru meets with the female dog. Popatlal and the girl stand together and the dogs too. Madhavi praises the jodi. Popatlal feels very happy and says he is going mad with happiness. The girl says their hearts met at the first sight. Jethalal says the times have changed. The girl is saying it infront of her parents. Anjali suggests to fix the marriage date. Popatlal says fix it fast as he is keen to marry.
The girl’s parents say they do not care about the world. Popatlal says he will keep Pari as a princess. Bhide asks Popatlal to control his emotions.
The girl’s parents say they can ask anything about Pari. Popatlal say he need not ask anything.
Babuji comes there and is happy to see them. Jethalal and Daya informs Babuji that Pari and Popatlal’s marriage is fixed. Everyone are shocked. Babuji takes rounds in the shock as he cannot believe. Jethalal and all does not understand what Babuji want to say. Jethalal thinks Babuji got a shock because of happiness. Babuji tells how can Popat and Pari marry. The girl nods.
Babuji says Popatlal has gone mad. Everyone ask whats the matter. Babuji tells Popat is a human and Pari is an animal. Everyone asks what he means. Popatlal says he understood and cracks a joke. Babuji gets angry. Babuji holding his dhoti shouts that Pari is the name of the female dog.
Popatlal and everyone are shocked. Popatlal’s dreams are shattered. Popatlal holds his heart as he got a very big shock. Daya clarifies that they are thinking the girl to be Pari.
The girl says her name is Piya, not Pari. Bhide says it is good Popatlal is saved. Bhide jokes on Popatlal.
He says that they have brought Pari’s proposal for Sheru. Popatlal gets angry. Iyer thinks they have gone mad that they want the dogs to get married. Popatlal is furious to hear this. Popatlal says Taarak that till he gets married, he will not let anyone marry in the Gokuldhaam society. Everyone are still in shock.
Piya and her parents leave with Pari. Popatlal stops them and tells them that he will let the dogs marry if they marry their daughter to him. They run away. Taarak pacifies Popatlal by saying that in this world they are people of every kind and everyone thinks of something or the other. Popatlal sits shattered.
Taarak says Popatlal that he will also get married. Everyone goes to their homes. Daya also pacifies Popatlal and she also says that Popatlal will be married and a good proposal will come for him. Other women also say the same. Daya encourages Popatlal. Popatlal says that he will never lose hope of getting married. The women say that they want to make a home for Sheru.
