The Episode starts with Vivek saying I m suspending Tripathi and you all having such a mindset. He scolds them for biasing between the students and making the country more worse. Tripathi begs and apologizes to him. Vivek thinks I just wanted to change their thinking. Vivek says you have cheated the Dharm of a teacher, a cheater should get punished, get out of here. Vivek turns away. Vidya stops Tripathi. She says if the other person realizes mistake, then he should get a chance, I didn’t call you here to punish them, I called you so that you change their thinking, we have to do right to make wrong as right, do right with them, give them a chance, even Lord gives a chance. He says I m not Lord.
She says you are a human and can help them rectify their mistake. He says I will not change my decision. She says we have to change their thinking, if you fire them, then the kids’ teaching will be affected, how will they prepare in 6 days. He says come to your office, I will talk to you there. He goes. Vivek says wow, you have done a great thing, you want to get the exams postponed right, you want this.
He says you are not educated, but you are very clever, I know you made Bablu make the fake papers. Vidya says you can blame me, I will not clarify anything, I just want to tell you that I m honest in my work, I have read few books, but I learnt a lot from my life, I want to teach the kids on the basis of my life experiences, I will educate myself and teach the kids, I will make the school an example for the state. He asks what, example. He laughs. He says your life is based on the lies. She says my school’s every kid will pass in the exam, I promise you. He asks promise, then fine, all the best, remember one day, I will not let the teachers stay here who are biased. She asks what if I change their thinking. He asks will you change. She says yes. Vidya asks the kids to listen to her well. She makes the kids stand there. She calls Tripathi and asks him to tell her about the kids of his caste. Tripathi tries to see. She asks anyone else to say. Tripathi says all of them look the same, how will I identify without seeing their face. She says I want to explain, Lord made us same, people like you see the name and caste, you are partial, Lord made us like one another, who are you to become Lord and differentiate, when we go to pray, does Maiyya differentiate between us, she just blesses us, just hatred and destruction happens on discrimination, we should have unity and love. She asks the kids to look this side. Santosh and the kids clap.
The teacher says you have shown us a new way, now we have realized our mistake, we will not discriminate now, we are sorry, we didn’t help you in cleaning. Tripathi thinks they all changed, I will also apologize, else I will lose the job. Vidya says you all changed, we shall make a new start. Tripathi asks what shall we do. The food is served to the kids. She says we teachers will also sit with the kids and eat food, we will end the caste discrimination. Tripathi thinks I will not leave Vidya for ruining my caste biasing. The girl asks Vivek to have food with her. Vivek smiles. Dharma says its good news, I will give it to Nanku. He calls Nanku and asks him to distribute sweets, the kids are going to have food. Nanku says there will be mourning in Devgarh now, Vidya, Vivek, you have not thought that this enmity will bring you here. He asks Jagat to send the reporters to the school. He says I will pay double, the news should create a storm. He says Vidya, I m doing everything for you. He laughs.
Vidya says I will have food after you all eat. The boy asks Tripathi to eat. Tripathi makes a face seeing Chandu. He sees Vivek and eats by Chandu’s hand. Tripathi spits the food. Vidya serves the food to Vivek. She asks him to have food. All the kids eat food. They get stomach ache. Chanda faints. Vivek stops from eating food. Dharma smiles. Vivek and Vidya get worried.
