Scene 1
Lawyer says to Ganesh that what color was Babbu wearing that night? Nimki says to Abhi he was wearing white shirt. Ganesh says he was wearing simple shirt. Lawyer asks shirt or T-shirt? Ganesh is confused. Lawyer says he is saying what he was told. Nimki’s lawyer doesnt ask anything. Ritu says to Babbu that we are winning. Nimki says Babbu must have scratch mark on his chest. Lawyer says he has mark but its his birth mark, Nimki is his wife so she must know. Judge asks him to be careful. Lawyer says Nimki is insulting Babbu, she was doing ramp walk after rape? Nimki says yes I did because I wanted to show that he cant break my hope, I am alive after rape, I have my identity alive. Abhi calms her. Babbu glares at her. Judge says it doesnt matter if she walked on ramp after incident,
it show her bravery. Lawyer says Nimki called him there. He shows him Nimki’s call record and says she kept calling him. Nimki says I called him to tell that he cant stop that fashion show. Diamond says to his friends that my father will save Babbu. Friend says rape case always go against man. Diamond sees Mono coming from school. Diamond recalls Nimki’s words against Babbu. He says I wont spare him. Diamond comes to Mono on his bike. Diamond says dont walk on road. Mono says let me go otherwise I will break your head. Diamond tries to attack him but Mono throws stones at him and runs. Diamond and his friends grab him. Diamond tries to strangle him but Mono runs away.
Scene 2
Lawyer says to Nimki that dont worry, judge have understood our case.
Mono bites on Diamond’s hand and runs away. Diamond’s friends run behind him.
Lawyer says to Ritu that you should have been careful about Ganesh, I thought he would say that he saw Nimki calling Babbu but he didnt. Ganesh comes to them and says you people tried to buy me but keep this money, nothing is bigger than Nimki’s respect for me, I took this money so you people wouldnt suspect me. Babbu tries to slap him but Abhi stops him. Nimki says Babbu is scared but you are gone. Nimki says Tettar your son is gone. She leaves with Ganesh and Abhi. Lawyer says if someone saw us dealing money with witness then we are gone, he leaves. Babbu is angry.
Tunee comes to Muaha. Tunee says Nimki must be coming. Muaha asks what happened in court? Tunee says I am waiting for Nimki, where is Mono? Muaha says he didnt come from tuition. Tunee says he must be on his way. Muaha calls his teacher and says he left? Muaha says left from class at 4. Tunee says he didnt come till now?
