Aamir Ali misses F.I.R.

Aamir says he doesn’t mind coming back to F.I.R. if and when he is approached.

Aamir Ali Malik who is seen in Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga on Sahara One, was earlier a part of F.I.R. Aamir had then quit the show to do a cameo in Hongey Judaa Na Hum on Sony TV but the show wrapped up fast after which Aamir bagged Jhilmil… It was also said that he had to quit F.I.R. after the leap as he didn’t have much to do on the show.

Now that the popular cop Kavita Kaushik too is back in F.I.R., we decided to speak to him to know about his views about whether he too will ever want to be a part of F.I.R. yet again.

Aamir Ali agrees that he misses the show, “I am missing being a part of F.I.R. It a wonderful show and very close to my heart. I just love the way the show is scripted, and somewhere down the line I do miss shooting for the same. I had to move on as I had taken up Hongey Judaa Na Hum and then Jhilmil. It left me with no time in hand for my personal life as well.”

The show Hongey Judaa… however wrapped up and Aamir took up Jhilmil, “Nothing went wrong with Hongey Judaa Na Hum… sometimes there is no connect with the audience and thus things don’t work out.”

Now his focus in solely on Jhilmil but if given a chance he may want to come back, “Now my focus is solely on Jhilmil. I love my role and the character Soumya is very different and unique. It’s a very family based show, so I am enjoying it all the more.”

What if he is again offered F.I.R.? “If given a chance and if time permits I will be back in the show. I am not sure of that though as I haven’t been approached by the makers till now. However, I do catch up with the show and I feel Kavita Kaushik’s come back on F.I.R., is a treat to watch.”
