Alok Nath returns to Director’s Kut as a new entry in Yeh Rishta…

Seasoned actor Alok Nath is back to working with ace Producer Rajan Shahi, after their ‘golden association’ of Bidaai and Kuch Toh Log Kahenge.

Yes, the veteran actor will now enter Director’s Kut Productions’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the long-running show on Star Plus.

You heard it right!!

Alok Nath will play the role of the new girl Tara’s (Umang Jain) grandfather, who would be a staunch Marwari, living a very principled life.

As per reliable sources, his character will be of a person who would enforce his rules and regulations on all in his family. The man would never believe in giving any kind of independence to the women in his household. He would also be totally against love marriage. And now that his granddaughter Tara would have finished studies, he will want her to get married immediately.

We tried contacting Alok Nath, but he did not answer our calls. We also dropped a text to Producer Rajan Shahi, but did not get any revert.
