The Episode starts with Preet trying to hit Babu and baby comes in between them and gets hit on her head. Babu gets worried. Preet asks his goons to run away. Babu takes Baby to the hospital. Pratap feels guilty. Doctor comes and says they have to do surgery. Babu says nothing will happen to her. They look at her from the window pane, just as she is operated in the OT. Babu recalls their marriage. He comes to the hospital temple and asks God to save God, he will not ask anything else. Doctor comes out and says Patient is out of danger. Babu thanks the God. Later he comes to baby, and asks if she is fine. Baby smiles and nods her head. He says lets go home and gives his hand. She stands up and hugs Pratap. Babu takes Pratap’s blessings. He brings Baby home. Baby touches Kaushalya’s feet and feels pain in head. Babu lifts her and takes her to room. He takes care of her and gives her water. He gives her medicine. Kaushalya and Jagannath are happy to see them happy. Later Baby gets up and sees Babu smiling. She nods what. He nods nothing and smiles. Next day, Babu comes to the room. Baby says you came suddenly as if earth quake came and the sindoor bottle fell. Babu says I will bring earth quake if anything happens to you, I will get sindoor from the market and fills her hairline with the leftover sindoor. They have an eye lock. Rani asks them to come.
Sukanya tells everyone that the guest will be coming. Kaushalya asks her not to worry as Brij is a simple guy. Sukanya says actually this alliance is brought by Sarla, Akhilesh’s mother for her relative. Everyone gets shocked. Kaushalya says she will not let Komal marry in Akhilesh’s house. Sukanya gives her own reasoning and tells that she will decide. Baby says girl and guy shall like each other. Sukanya says the guy saw her in mela and like her. Baby says even Komal shall like him. Babu agrees with Baby. Sukanya asks Kaushalya to make Baby understand not to interfere. She says she will not interfere if anyone does anything wrong. Jagannath says Babu is not wrong. Kaushalya asks Baby and Babu not to give any advice or suggestion to Sukanya.
Lalu comes to Babu and asks him to come out. Babu tells that he can’t go leaving Baby alone, as Sarla and Akhilesh are coming here. The boy says he feels that Babu is in love with baby. Lalu asks him about the change in him. Babu says he doesn’t eat much now and thinks of baby all the time. Lalu says this is called love. He asks him to go and ask Baby. The boy asks him to give a gift to Baby, a bangle. Babu thinks he shall take her out to watch cinema, have golgappa, outing near the river and then will give her bangle. Lalu and the boy laugh. Babu scolds them and asks them to go. He thinks how to make her wear bangles. Rani gives letter to Baby and says it is sent by Babu. Baby feels shy. Rani says if Bhaiyya expressed his love. Baby says Babu will not do this. She reads that he called her to say something. Kaushalya comes there and asks Rani to go. She tells her that she has responsibility towards home, being bahu and asks her to make breakfast. Baby gets worried.
Precap: Akhilesh insults Babu. Baby challenges him that Babu will become the richest man of the village within a week. Babu gets worried.
