The episode starts with Mirza getting romantic seeing Sakina drying papad on terrace. He hugs her from behind and says she is looking very beautiful today and recites a romantic shayari/poem for him. Mishra watches them hiding and thinks Mirza became Mirza Ghalib today. Sakina tells Mirza that she expects romance from him each day. He says they had children whenever he romanced and only 2 children are enough as per government rule. She says there is no restriction on romance. He falls on cot with her. Shanti walks in. Mishra also gets romantic and falls on cot with her. She beats and scolds him as usual. He says he was getting romantic and wants to recite a shayari for her. She says soon will be romantic in a year or two and already has 3 children, he is disturbing her chores, etc., and walks away warning him to stay away from her. Mirza taunts him.
Mishra visits shop. Shanti calls him and scolds him again. Bittu walks in and asks him to serve him a paan and looking Mishra tensed asks if anyone is troubling him, he will punish them. Mishra says Shanti is troubling him with her whole day’s blabbering and it would be good if she can maintain silence. Bittu says he will give him a recipe with which she will not speak at all. Mishra disagrees at first and then requests. Bittu gives list of weird ingredients like white crow’s white beak powder, etc. Majnu interferes. Bittu slaps him and warns him to stop interfering. Mishra asks where will he get white crow’s white beak powder. Bittu says he will and demands 500 rs. Mishra agrees.
At night, Mishra gets happy reading the list. Next morning, Shanti finds the list and tongue lashes Mishra. Brij joins. Shanti complains him. He scolds Mishra and says even his mother used to blabber a lot, so he used to stuff charcoal powder in her mouth. Shanti feels disheartened hearing that and says if her voice pesters her family, she will be on a moun vrat/fasting for silence forever. She takes oath. Brij says they didn’t mean to make her silent. She says then she will take back her promise. Mishra insists her to fast for at least a week. She agrees. Children rejoice and party. Brij joins and dances with them. Shanti says after a week, she teach them a lesson. Sakina greets her. Shanti replies with gestures. Sakin replies with gestures. Guddu informs her about Shanti’s 1 week maun vrat. Sakina also rejoices and dances.
