The episode starts with kapoor family having breakfast. Ram come downstairs Dadi say to have breakfast. Ram say no dadi i have done it early today as i have to go early today. Rishab say i will go with you. Ram say no today whatever i will do i will do alone. Rishab say okay.. Ram see all busy in breakfast ignoring him. Ram say so you all will not wish me best of luck so that i can with the custody case. Soumaya say our good luck is always with you May the best parent win. Ram say okay i am going and please get ready get the house ready as i will come with my daughter and he leaves.

Ram in car call vikram and ask where he is? Vik say i am on the way.. Ram standing outside the court Vik come and after him Rajat come.. They all are waiting for Priya.. Priya come

Ram: What is this? You are late and you didn’t even bring peehu with you? This is just matter of two hours and after that my daughter will be with me.

Priya: Maybe you have not to wait for 2 hour

Priya: Mr kapoor i am very normal middle class women. Middle class single mom. i am scared of court because i have seen all this.. Last time my own sister give evidence against me and on that day my whole life get changed.. that day take everything from me and now i don’t want my daughter to see all this now i don’t want this court to take my daughter smile,innocence and her childhood peehu smile is everything for me and i want her to smile every time.. In 5 years she have supported me so much. she give me so much happiness.. She was my life and she is the reason for me to live.. her one smile make my day and i don’t want in all this matter she loose her childhood. i don’t want her to watch her parents fighting. I just want her happy and live normal childhood. I don’t know what court will decide and i don’t care but now after 5 year i will again take one decision and i hope this will be okay for everyone.. Mr kapoor i have two ways in front of me and i have to choose one.. In first way i will get peehu but my peehu innocence her childhood will lost but there is other way also and in that maybe i lost peehu but her innocence will there her childhood will be there.. Taxi stop priya ask how much? may i give the money papa sudhir say No beta and he give the money.. Sudhir say come home and have rest then go.. Priya say No i will come later and leaves..

Ram bring peehu home and say see all family is ready to welcome you. Krishna ji hug peehu and say what do you want to eat. Ram say let me tell you ice cream.. Peehu say ice cream wow In morning? Mama never let me eat ice craem in morning.. Ram give a look like yeh kiya bol dia. Peehu say that great.. Ram say wait if mom doesn’t allow in morning so we will have ice cream after lunch. Then he ask soumaya that he ask to bring something did she? Soumya say of course bappa and give him box. Ram say very good and tell khush that as now his sister is there so he have to take care of her and be a best bro and sis. Khush say okay papa.. Ram say good and give both of them gift.. Then Ram take peehu to show her room

In sharma house. Rajat,shipra,Natz,neha sitting. sudhir comes.. Neha say so priya give peehu to Ram just like that.. Rajat say Yes.. Neha say i am mom but i can’t imagine this (alag hi tou rehti hai bacho se ) Peehu is priya life she get up in morning and start peehu lunch, peehu books,peehu bag peehu peehu i don’t know how will she do.. Sudhir tell them that priya don’t want peehu to see her mom dad fighting in court. Natz say only mom can think like this bhai should have shame for himself. Sudhir say we have to think for priya whatever she had done is not easy. Shipra say did priya cry?
