Raghbir is looking at the bottle. He touches the aarti plate in Pragati’s hand as he heads upstairs. Badi Ma tells everyone to make sure no one eats non veg or drinks alcohol tonight. Gopi and Aditi say we know it very well. You don’t have to tell us. Gopi is sure Raghbir will drink irrespective of anything. Shefali says he dint even drink in the pub that night. Aditi is positive he will drink but Pragati says he wont. Aditi says I am his mother. I know him better than you. You have come very recently. Pragati says I agree he would feel like drinking but he wont drink. I have seen changes in him. Aditi challenges her. We will see if my experience wins or your faith. He will not be able to even stand on his feet today in the puja. Raghbir is watching them from upstairs. Pragati smiles. He would

be fine. Aditi, Shalu and Gopi walk away. Harshit tells Pragati that her chances of winning seem to be very low. She assures him that she would keep an eye on Raghbir. Nakul, Priya and Shefali support her in her plan. You will win. Pragati says it wont be mine but your brother’s victory. I trust him completely.
Raghbir is about to open the bottle but Pragati pulls it out of his hand. I need your help. He suggests her to take help from servants. She disagrees and runs around with his bottle. He gives in seeing her stubbornness but manages to get it back from her hand somehow. She acts to be a lonely, helpless woman. Fine, don’t help me. I will do everything on my own. I may fall from the stairs or chair. It is okay if I break my hand or leg but I will do it alone. She begins to walk away when he agrees to help her. You are way too over dramatic. I will come in 2 minutes. She asks him to come right away. He asks for 2 minutes but she stays put. He ends up saying wait, two minutes to the bottle and goes with Pragati.

Aditi and Gopi are miffed with Pragati for her audacity. We should control her by defeating her in this challenge. Gopi says we must make Raghbir drink today at any cost.

Raghbir and Pragati come downstairs and the hall is empty. Where did all the decorators go? She says I sent them as the function is in our house. He asks her to assign tasks to Nakul, Shefali, etc. she replies that she has already assigned tasks to everyone. Nakul, Shefali and Priya are watching them from upstairs and smile. She climbs up a ladder and slips. He holds her just in time. Flower petals fall over them. Maahi Ve song plays. Raghbir asks Pragati if it is comfortable enough. Shall I make you stand now? She nods. Sorry. He gets on the ladder. Badi Ma messages Raghbir. He reads her text – whatever happened between you two just now is called feeling. This is the first sign of love. He heads in opposite direction. Pragati decides to keep Raghbir’s mind diverted. Aditi thinks Pragati may keep him distracted but he would end up drinking. He fixes one line and says it is done. She says it isn’t. I will do it myself. He picks the ladder and goes about his word. She is having trouble putting a bouquet on the nail when he lifts her in his arms and helps her. Everyone is smiling broadly except Aditi. Raghbir keeps troubling her throughout.

Pragati receives a text and goes. Raghbir decides to have a small peg. Shefali thinks to stop Raghbir from heading to the bar but Aditi stops her. It is between me and Pragati. No one will say anything to Raghbir. Pragati receives a call and offers to meet later. There is a lot to do right now.

A curtain falls on Raghbir. He realises that Pragati had just fixed it. He pulls it first and then gets on the stairs to fix it. Badi Ma smiles. She tells Aditi that they wont need anyone today. Lord Krishna is with them today.

Pragati brings juice for Raghbir but he asks for his special juice. She tells him to drink this. You cannot work after drinking that. Do you want to help me or not? He gives in seeing her pushy behaviour. He makes faces with every sip. Nakul says Bhabhi handles Bhai easily with love. Badi Ma agrees. Their love will unite them today. Aditi fumes.

Raghbir and Pragati decorate the temple together. Romantic song plays. They look around proudly as the decor is complete. Raghbir says Baani would have been so happy today if she had witnessed it. He goes. Pragati gets sad.

Raghbir’s father says I think Raghbir wont drink today. Gopi calls it impossible. No Janamashtami has passed without his drinking till date. They place a bet of Rs. 10000. Harshit and all his siblings are certain Raghbir wont drink. Gopi advises everyone to wait till 5 pm.

Raghbir looks around emotionally. Baani would have been so happy to see all this. I have decorated the house beautifully. I should get a prize. He notices a bottle of alcohol there. Gopi and Shalu peek at him from far. Gopi says he wont be able to stop himself today. Shalu adds that he must be yearning to drink since morning. Gopi nods. It’s a fresh stock. Shefali, Nakul and Priya also join them. Bhabhi had made Bhaiya so strong. You shouldn’t have done this Mami. Shalu replies that everything is fair in love and war. Raghbir opens the bottle. He is about to take a sip when he recalls his mother and Pragati’s challenge. Badi Ma’s words also echo in his head. He keeps the bottle back. Nakul and Shefali high five. Gopi goes to implement plan B. He asks Raghbir to help him. I have to gift alcohol to my friend. Tell me which one is best. Raghbir gives him a bottle from the table. Gopi says I should taste it once to make sure it is good. He pours a glass with Raghbir’s help thinking Raghbir will lose.

Aditi tells Pragati she will lose. The smile on your face wont last long. It will disappear. You wont win from me. Pragati says time will tell. Aditi says time is neither with me nor Raghbir. You will lose this challenge. You cannot win from me. Pragati asks her if her victory is important than his son changing for good. I might have made a mistake by placing a bet with you but a mother will lose today if I will lose today. A mother would not mind breaking down but she would certainly not want to see her son broken. Why do you want it then? Epi ends on Aditi’s thoughtful face.
