Bharat Chawda looks forward to the challenge of playing Yuvraj in Colors’ Uttaran

The unconventional artist Bharat Chawda, who was recently seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela – Ram Leela, has stepped into someone else’s shoes in Colors’ Uttaran, the long-running show produced by Film Farm India.

It’s a known fact that fitting into another man’s belongings isn’t easy, but challenges are what this artist looks forward to. But is he nervous? Let’s find out…

“Not at all, as everybody on the sets is very supportive. Moreover I love the challenge that has been thrown at me,” states the confident actor.

Tell him that he would be playing the bad man once again to which he says, “You get enough space to play your part when you are portraying a negative character. However, this character also has positive traits, so things might change in the future.”

Since Saurabh Raj Jain portrayed this role earlier, does he feel that the audience will find it difficult to accept him as Yuvraj? “I wouldn’t say that they wouldn’t accept me. But they will definitely find it difficult to accept me as Yuvraj. In BandiniUttaran happened. Hence we haven’t had the time. But we will definitely be going somewhere in the next two or three months.”

Three cheers, Bharat!!!
