Chakor to have a ‘new’ competitor in ‘Udann’..!

Post leap, the show ‘Udann’, has made it a point to spice up the story with amazing twists and turns. The leap witnessed the introduction of new characters making it an ensemble cast.

With the current track building towards a massive competition, Chakor (Meera Deosthale) is confident and is ready.

However, she will be facing a major hurdle in the form of a new competitor ahead..!

It is none other than actress, Vinny Arora who is all set to enter the show as Tina.

We contacted an elated Vinny, who confirmed saying, “Yes! I am really excited to play Tina in ‘Udann’. The cast and crew are such wonderful people and I feel amazing to work with them already.”

About the role, she said, “Well, it is a new variation for me too, where the character isn’t the village belle or a docile girl. In fact, she is a very modern, chic and stylish girl who is also very rich and has a lot of attitude. This is a great thing for me too, as till today, I haven’t done anything like this. The role is so ‘anti’ of all that I have done so far. So when I was given this, I asked them, ‘are you sure I will be able to do this? (laughs)’. But yes, I am very happy because they believed in me, and now I am all set.”

Considering the nature of the show, we asked whether she had to undergo some training to play an athlete, she says, “Well, the basic training is that I have to build up my stamina. Increasing stamina is the most important thing and as apart from the running sequences, as actors, we have to do other stuff too. I am working on that currently..!”
