Chand Chupa Badal Mein 29th December 2010 Written Update

It begins with Chanchal and Vandana discussing about Pandit Ji, just when Nivi and Divya walk in. Vandana asks Nivi about he rhealth, nivi says that she is fine. Divya feels jealous seeing this. chanchal says "bhabi, i think we should speak to pandit ji, if there is any cure to Nivi’s condition." Nivi is confused. "I mean if there is some mantra or anything. I mean the way nivi behaves last night was not normal. Maybe considering to pandit ji we can get some solution. "We can get some pooja done, she is my DIL. I’ll surely be praying for her wellbeing today." Divya is enjoying this. "By the way Nivi, how often do you experience these attacks?" Nivi says "what are you talking about ma? What happened to me?" Viren says "These hallucinations, like the last time you thought you locked the door." "It is to be said that the person who fears alot, hallucinate often." There goes Divya "Fear? Nivi has always been the scared one in the house. She used to get scared and hide behind dadi over such small things. That’s why dadi never sent her out of the house. I heard that some people do this to seek attention. Maybe this is the reason?" Nivi is shocked; vandana feels disgusted at Divya, chanchal enjoying the conversation! "Maybe Nivi is doing this to seek attention. I’ve got to take tea for Sid." Divya takes the tea and leaves. Chanchal says "Bhabi, i think we should leave before we get late. Ma is also ready and is waiting for us." Chanchal leaves, vandana says "Don’t think about all this nivi, take care of yourself."Vandana leaves, Nivi in tears.

Sid leaving for office asks "has everyone left?" Divya says "yes, and they said that they will be late and wil return in the evening. I am leaving to ma’s place she asked me to meet her." Sid says "okay." Divya says "Sid if possible come home early from work." Sid says "okay. Bye." Sid leaves, and we have nivi coming out of the other room, NivArth walk past each other without talking or even looking at each other, there’s a sign of relief on divya’s face seeing this.

NT dadi is disturbed and is worried about Nivi. "God knows how my daughter must be." Dadi was still in thoughts just when divya walks in and asks dadi about her health. NT dadi takes her inside with her and asks about Nivi and what was she saying to HL. Divya says "Dadi, so many questions. Take rest dadi, you’re not fine yet." Dadi says "I am totally fine, just tell me what you were saying to HL about nivi." Divya thinks for a while and says ‘Dadi, nothing has happened to Nivi, she is absolutely fine." Dadi says "Are you sure? Then what were you telling HL over the phone?" Divya says "Dadi, I was just…" dadi says "Don’t try to hide things from me, I am your dadi and i know when you lie." Divya says "Dadi, I am not lying. Nivi is totally fine. Shall I leave now?" Divya was about to leave just when dadi stops her and says "Look at me in the eyes." Divya is unable to. Dadi says "tell me if nivi is fine." Divya is quiet. Dadi gives divya, her oath and asks her again. Divya says "Dadi, Nivi has been hallucinating. She is acting strange these days. I don’t know why she is doing this. It seems like she is…" Dadi is in shock and says "enough!" Divya asks dadi if she is fine. Dadi says "Divya, nivi is your younger sister. Will you take care of her? Do take care of her, promise me. Promise me that you will take care of her and won’t let anything bad happen to her." Divya is in a dilemma. "Promise me." HL walks in and says "I saw you walk out fo the sood house and wondered why haven’t you come upstairs yet. Oh, I see you were talking to your dadi." Divya says "I was just asking dadi about her health." HL says "I see, but your dad is waiting upstairs for you, he has to leave soon, so you might want to talk with him for a while." Divya looks at dadi and says "I’ll come back dadi, you take care of yourself." HL takes divya along, Dadi is worried.

Viren peeks through the door and his eyes searches for nivi Viren quickly enters and closes his room door when he sees that Nivi isn’t in the room. Viren unpacks the gifts. It’s their wedding attires. Viren puts on his turban Nivi was writing something. Dada ji says ‘What are you doing nivi?" Nivi says "Dada ji, i’m just setting up a chart for your medicines, so that you take them on time, and also so that i doesn’t make any mistakes. Dadi ji’s foot is suddenly in pain, looks like he’s pulled a muscle. Nivi begins to masaage his foot, dada ji blesses her, and tells her to leave this as he is fine. Nivi says ‘Don’t be so formal, I would’ve done this for my dada ji too." Bhupat says "Narayan, that oldie would’ve made you massage his legs day and night. Narayan see how smart your grand daughter is. He left me alone so early, if only he was still alive." Dadi ji closes his eyes. Viren enters and is indicating nivi to come along, nivi shakes her head. Viren is insisting Viren gets an idea and leaves; Nivi gets back to the massaging.

Viren returns with a flower and throws it on nivi, but he accidentally hits dada ji Nivi is shocked, viren gets scared and runs off bhupat opens his eyes and sees the flower "where did this flower come from?" Nivi says "Ummm, it must’ve fallen from here somewhere Bhupat has his eyes set at the door and then closes his eyes again. Viren shows up again with another flower and indicates her to come. Nivi shakes her head again, Viren kisses the flower and is about o throw it again, just when nivi shouts "Viren." Dada ji catches the two of them. Viren says ‘Dada ji, here’s a flower for you." Bhupat smiles. "Dada ji, I want to take care of you aswell. Save some blessings for me too." Bhupat says "today, you’ve come for my blessings. But before this you’ve never massaged my feet. Even back in their childhood days, he never once massaged my feet, it’s always been sid. viren always ran away. And look at this; he has indeed changed after getting married." Viren says "101% dada ji, but there is one thing i have taught nivi aswell. And that is smiling." Dada ji smiles, viren is trying to romance Nivi by grabbing her hands while massaging. Nivi has given up one him totally Dada ji notices this and tells both of them to stop and asks them to leave. Viren quickly gets up Nivi is sitting there, dada ji tells her to leave aswell as it’s not nice to make your husband wait for long. NivRen leave, bhupat smiles.

Divya is telling about Nivi’s situation to pratap and HL, and tells them that she is acting really strange. HL pities Nivi, and divya says "everyone was looking at me and expected me to say something since i am her sister." HL says "of course, you are the eldest DIL of that house, so it’s obvious that they will ask you. By the way hearing about nivi is scaring me. I hope she doesn’t repeat what nivi’s mom did." Pratap stops her and tells her to get water. Divya says "what had happened to tayi ji papa?" Pratap changes the topic, divya asks HL again. HL says "I was just saying, since nivi’s mom isn’t in this world, that’s why she is scared so easily. HL tells divya to eat, both pratap and HL exchange looks.

Viren takes Nivi along with him. Nivi says "Viren, why are we going to our room?" Viren says "If i told you that then there is no point in calling it a surprise. Just wait.’ Nivi was about to enter the room, but viren stops her, and covers her eyes up. Nivi says ‘Viren, what is someone sees this?" viren says "No one will see, as no one is at home, and even if someone had seen us, it doesn’t really matter because you are my wife. Now let’s go." Viren was about to take nivi inside but tell her to wait. Nivi says "what happened?" Viren says "I have forgotten something, i’ll just be back. And yes don’t you dare peek in the room; if you do then I won’t spare you." Nivi smiles, viren quickly runs off. Nivi was about to enter the room, but viren shows up and says "I can see you!" Nivi smiles and says "You can go, i won’t go inside." Viren leaves, nivi turns around, viren shows up again saying "Promise." Nivi smiles and says "yes." Viren finally leaves Nivi smiles.

Viren goes outside and calls out to nandu and asks him to get him some nice flowers from our garden. Nandu says "bhaiya ji, you’ll love all the flowers that are in the backyard." Viren says "Nandu, if you had to gift your girlfriend some flowers, then what would you give her?’ Nandu says "Bhaiya ji, i don’t know." Viren says "why? Haven’t you asked her out yet? Nandu says "No i haven’t i just adore her." Viren says "you can’t do anything, here i am finding girls for you and you" Nandu says "you’re kidding me bhaiya ji!" Viren slaps nandu on his head and says ‘I am not joking, and you know what you’ll end up like laal ji kaka, and i don’t want 2 bachelors in my house!" nandu says "no i won’t be like laal ji kaka, i’ll surely do something. Oh damn i forgot, to water the plants on the terrace." Nandu runs off, just when the gardener calls out to nandu. Viren stops him and says "what’s the matter?" The gardener says ‘I had to give this bulb to nandu bhaiya." Viren says "Bulb?" Viren is in thoughts. The gardener informs him that the bulb is fine and maybe someone threw it accidentally. Viren says ‘Give it to me and you can go. I’ll take this." the gardener gives him the bulb and leaves. Viren looks at the bulb and is curious.

Precap: viren runs to NivRen’s room and sees Nivi on the stool holding the rope. Viren screams "NIVEDITHA!" and gets her down. Everyone enters the room and is shocked to see nivi attempting suicide. "What do you think you are doing? How can you do this? I always supported you and you did this? Why Nivi?" Niveditha is all confused.
