Diya Aur Baati Hum 18th December 2012 Written Update

Episode starts with Meena asking Vikram to take her to ask multiplex, and cites the example of Suraj, Vikram says he has no money and refuses & goes away, Meena starts crying, says Vikram is such a miser, can’t even take her to see a film.

Sandy comes downstairs and takes the cloth, sees stains on most of the clothes and thinks how to remove the stains, suddenly remembers Bhabo ‘s advices and instructions to Chaturi and starts to beat the woolen clothes with sticks and squeeze them, to remove the stains, and gets happy to see the stains are going out of their way.

Meena comes up and watches in shock at the treatment meted out to the clothes, but doesn’t tell Sandy anything and sees the fun on hiding behind pillars.

Meena laughs on seeing the way Sandhya was washing the woolens, and after Sandy goes upstairs to hang those clothes, Meena, in a frantic attempt to draw Bhabo’s attention, drops a glass in the courtyard, Bhabo asks who is dropping utensils from room, Meena goes upstairs, and draws out woolen threads from a cloth surreptitiously when Sandhya is busy with drying a cloth, and hangs the thread from balcony till ground floor.

Bhabo comes out and goes upstairs on seeing the woolen thread, and on going upstairs, found Sandhya standing with a sweater having a hole in the middle, Meena comes out and seizes the occasion, and first fakes of helping her, and then brings out one cloth after another which got disfigured and torn, tattered, and says to Bhabo, see what Sandhya did to the woolens. Bhabo keeps on staring on Sandhya, and enticed by this, Meena brings out Bhabasa’s disfigured sweater, says it had Bhabo-Bhabasa’s sweet memory attached, and which now Sandhya made it unusable, and waits for Bhabo to scold Sandhya heavily. Bhabo says she isn’t angry on Sandhya for making all these clothes unusable, though she had devoted years on sewing on all these, she can even reconstruct them or make them anew, she still has that ability, but what about his Suraj whose character has been disfigured by Sandhya in a blatant manner, that he has been openly telling lies to her, and kicks the bucket out of the way.

Sandy is disillusioned, confused as how to make amends.

Its college time and Suraj searches for Sandhya in the GG room, Sandhya came a little while later, Suraj was going to ask her something and Sandhya too, at the same time, Sandhya first asks Suraj to tell what he was going to tell, Suraj says the way things are shaping up, they should tell everthing truly to Bhabo before it takes a more ugly turn, Sandhya says she was going to tell him the same thing, and Suraj says her that he will soon tell.

SurYa off to college.

At college, everyone talks about SamiR’s expulsion, as to how he was balancing studies with work, and his dream about lawyer. The students feel helpless and says they won’t be able to convince Malati Ma’m but then thinks of making a last ditch effort.

Sandhya was at the door and straightaway goes to Malati Madam’s room

Malati Ma’m was asking his staff to make 2 letters ready for immediate expulsion of SamiR and Pappu, but the printer refuse to respond.

Pappu murmurs to SamiR that he has jammed the printer and so no letter will be provided from it as of now, and expulsion is safe as of now.

Sandhya comes in and straight-away offers help to set the printer right.

Sandhya fiddles with mouse for sometime, but finally gives up, says it is a hardware problem.
Ma’m instructs the staff to make a call to hardware engineer and set her printer right by next day.

Sandhya advices Ma’m to throw away this printer and buy a new one.

Sandhya says to set this printer right, it will be costly affair, and moreover, this printer is way too old, and so she should think of buying a new one.

Ma’m got annoyed, says if a machine can be set right, why to throw it away and buy a new one.

Sandhya now puts the question before Ma’m that if a machine can be set right, and if it can get a second chance, why not humans.

SamiR and Pappu is awaiting words from Ma’m, other classmates are listening the proceedings from outside.

Precap–>>In GG room, Suraj seemed to have listened as to how Sandhya managed the situation, and says if Bhabo comes to know of the truth and gives permission, then it will be really great, and so thinks of telling everything to Bhabo.
While downstairs, SurYa tries thinking how to bring it to Bhabo in a nicer manner, seems confused.
