Abbas Khan as Bijji Pandey and Ejji Pandey – twin surprise in Lapataganj Ek Baar Phir!

Abbas Khan who is popularly known for his character as Biji Pandey from season one in Lapataganj, will be seen in twin roles in Lapataganj Ek Baar Phir on SAB Tv. While Biji Pandey will play a lawyer he will now also play Ejji Pandey who is a police officer.

“The coming episodes will be all the more interesting as Biji Pandey’s twin brother Ejji Pandey will enter the village as a brave hearted and fearless police officer. He is shown to be merely 5 seconds younger to Bijji Pandey” informs our source.

“On the other hand, Bijji Pandey’s marriage is on cards with Surli (Aditi Tailang) while there will be a comedy of errors and confusion between Ejji and Bijji Pandey.”

When contacted Abbas Khan he said, “Yes, I am playing a double role in the show. The twins cause loads of confusion with all the gags coming up to tickle the audience bones.”

Abbas Khan’s double role will go on air from 11th July 2013.
