The Episode starts with Ayesha finding Raghu annoyed and angry. She thinks this is good chance to convince him. She hugs him and says sorry, holding her ears. She acts innocent and says I will not talk about Shikha again. He says I love you a lot Aarti, give me my old Aarti back, this film made you like Ayesha. She says I know I have hurt you a lot, not again. Servant asks them to come, Manav is calling them. Raghu says we will come, maybe its related to film.
Manav tells Raghu that he is doctor Sagar, he came from the hospital where Ayesha and Aarti were treated. Raghu greets him and asks is everything fine. Shikha looks on. Sagar tells about taking Ayesha’s tissue samples during treatment and says she is in first stage of stomach cancer, sorry Mam, but we need to do more tests. Ayesha gets shocked. Manav says she is Aarti. Sagar says sorry, but Ayesha needs to be admitted in hospital, else she will get unwell. Ayesha says cancer. Raghu says Ayesha has cancer, not you, why are you worried. Ayesha says but she is my sister. Manav says Ayesha did bad, and this had to happen with her. Shikha smiles.
Ayesha says she maybe in pain. Shikha asks what, Ayesha ji has cancer, its bad, who can understand her pain better than you, same blood and same face, poor Ayesha ji. I know cancer is painful and many treatments. Ayesha says you don’t know. Shikha says my mom had stomach infection, then we knew it was cancer, I had seen her in pain. There are symptoms too, and tells her. Ayesha worries.
Shikha says why are you taking tension, Ayesha got cancer, not you. Ayesha says she is my sister, her pain is my pain. She runs. Karan says Aarti’s heart is such big, she is still worried for Ayesha and wants to take Ayesha’s problems on her. Raghu goes. Shikha thinks that Aarti died, this Aarti will take revenge, Ayesha will not be forgiven, she will be punished.
Ayesha comes to room and worries. She says maybe Shikha/Aarti planned this, she was happy, she maybe troubling me with this game, why was I worrying, I did not get admitted in hospital, Aarti was admitted, so Aarti should have cancer. Shikha planned this, stupid. Raghu comes there and Ayesha starts acting. He says don’t worry for Ayesha. Ayesha says why is Lord doing this with Ayesha, her face burnt, then she left home and now this big illness. She used to lock me at home, but worked hard and took care of my expenses, she is not that bad. Raghu asks are you saying this, if I could, I would have punished her, she tried to snatch my love. its good she left, else I would have made her life worse than death. He asks her not to think of this and goes to attend call. She says he has poison for Ayesha, if he knows I m Ayesha, don’t know what will he do, Shikha did this, I wil see her.
Shikha is listening music. Ayesha goes to Shikha and says you look very happy, as Ayesha has cancer. Shikha says no, even I m upset. Ayesha says your contribution is also there. Shikha denies. Ayesha says you said you are Aarti, our mum did not have stomach infection, you made this story, it means you are lying, Aarti was admitted in hospital, doctor should have Aarti’s tissue samples, Aarti should have cancer, its not easy to fool me, you learnt this from me. Its night, Ayesha wakes up and recalls Shikha’s words. She feels those symptoms and experiences pain. Raghu wakes up and asks what happened Aarti. He holds her. She says I m having stomach ache, call doctor. He says wait, and calls doctor. Doctor checks Ayesha and says nothing to worry. She had food poisoning, give her these medicines, she will be alright. Raghu thanks him. Doctor leaves. Manav says Aarti don’t worry, its simple food poisoning, there is shoot tomorrow, get ready and come. Shikha asks Ayesha to take care and not take stress. Ayesha asks her not to worry and sleep. Shikha and Manav leaves. Ayesha hugs Raghu and smiles.
Its morning, Manav explains the scene to Ayesha and Aarti, and says rehearse the scene, your characters will be meeting for the first time, we will do a mock shoot once you both are ready. Shikha tells Ayesha that she made soup for her, as she is unwell. Manav says that’s really sweet Shikha, good concern, Aarti have it, its good for your health. Ayesha says it can’t happen that she did not add something in it, she feels I will drink this. Shikha asks Ayesha to have the soup. Ayesha changes the bowls. They both have the soup. Raghu greets Manav and says I want to be away from this industry, I leave my work and come here. Manav says you invested money. Ayesha sees Shikha and says nothing happened to her, it means this bowl has something.
