Puranjan and the girls take Meera home while the boys stay to help the cart driver.

Ram ji is leaving for work when Jijabai asks him to have food. He declines. She says you dint eat anything last night also. Eat one roti. Ram ji says I am just passing time. It might be day or night for you. Don’t think of this as a taunt. I am sharing what’s in my heart. Who will I tell if not my wife? The same guy who had brought his son to work the other day greets Ram ji. I got my son admitted in school today like you said. We made meethi roti and you deserve to have it. Ram ji smiles but then gets sad. He takes the box from the guy. The guy takes their leave. Ram ji thinks of the times when villagers had brought Bhima’s favourite food (meethi roti) to pacify him. He gets emotional and takes a bite. He thinks of Bhimbai and his kids. Jijabai says you just said that you aren’t hungry but you sat down to eat Bhima’s favourite roti immediately. Ram ji says life becomes easy when you understand the difference between feeling hungry and not feeling hungry. You life will be happy then. He eats the roti. He thinks that he wont be able to stay away from Bhima for too long. We will meet soon. We will be together and eat meethi roti together too. Jijabai thinks to have her own kid to break this tie between Ram ji and Bhima. I must do something. I wont let Bhima and Ram ji unite ever. We will have different paths!

Bala and Anand give ration and veggies to Meera. Bala gives the remaining amount to Meera. Anand asks her till when will this suffice. Meera says we will be able to survive till tomorrow. Bhima says arrangements for day after tomorrow will be done. Seth ji says I will arrange it for you right away. Meera covers her head. Seth ji gives salary to Bhima and Anand. Bhima asks him why they are getting so much money. Seth ji says this is for the entire month. We can do this much atleast. Bhima politely declines. I have worked for 5 days and Bhaiya has worked for 2 days. We will only keep what we have worked for. Please take the rest. Seth ji says I have met so many people in life but you are different. You only take what you believe that you rightfully deserve. You are even returning it to me. Follow these ideals for life. Many Seth’s like me will kneel down to you. He leaves.

Jijabai meets a lady (Vaid probably). I want a baby. The lady asks Jijabai if she knows the reason behind things not working out. Jijabai says we don’t have any such relations. There is no possibility of that happening in the future either. The lady asks Jijabai how she can help her in this. Jijabai says he wont accept me as his wife till the time he is conscious and alert. If you can give me a medicine which can inebriate him then things might work out for me. A man asks Vaid ji to give medicine for someone. Jijabai gets thinking. She asks the guy if he is going to Satara. He nods. She asks him if he can deliver her message to Bhima Sakpal. They are from lower community. Don’t go inside though. Just give him my message by calling him outside. She gives him a message (in mute).

Dhansukhlal and Mangesh warn postman to keep his mouth shut. Anyone can try to scare you but you should keep quiet. I will kill you otherwise. Postman gets tensed but Mangesh suggests Dhansukhlal to bribe him. He will be able to keep everyone off you then. Pundit ji seconds Mangesh. Dhansukhlal gives money to postman reluctantly. Do what we have told you to. Postman leaves. Dhansukhlal tells Mangesh this is wrong. I wont waste my money time and again. Maharaj asks him how he will handle such situations and keep people like Bhima within boundaries. Dhansukhlal reasons that this is a problem that they should face together. Why should I bear losses individually? Maharaj slaps Dhansukhlal. How did personal or individual come here? The best way to use your money is by using it to protect your dharma. You can leave us if you want. Don’t be under the illusion that your money will save our dharma. Mangesh says Seth ji can never think of leaving you. Maharaj tells them to think it through then. He leaves. Pundit ji and Mangesh tell Dhansukhlal not to show his dissatisfaction to Maharaj ever again.

It is night. Ram ji sits outside on the cot when Jijabai gives him water. I will serve dinner now. He says he is not hungry. I am very tired. I will sleep. She agrees. You will scold me again if I will push you to eat. It is my duty as your wife to not let you sleep on an empty stomach. I will bring milk for you. You must drink it. Jijabai mixes powder in the milk. She gives it to Ram ji later. I will set the bed by the time you finish it. Inside, Jijabai thinks that she will make Ram ji dance to her tunes once she becomes a mother.

Bhima is not able to sleep. He thinks of writing a letter to his Baba. I will let him know that we have received money. He will be assured this way and we will hold a convo as well. He takes his bag and lantern outside. He starts writing the letter. We have received the money. It gave us a lot of strength. The same guy reaches Sakpal House just then. Bhima introduces himself. The guy delivers Jijabai’s message to Bhima. You must be happy after receiving the money your Baba has sent for you but he took loan for it. You should let your Baba know you don’t need any money if you want him to live his life peacefully. You should write all this to him as he always listens to you. Jijabai has given me money to deliver her message to you. Bhima asks him if he is telling the truth. The guy asks him if he thinks the sender cannot send this message. Send a letter to Baba if you it is true. He leaves.

Everyone inside has heard the message too. Bhima sits down on the cot. Jijabai came in this house in aayi’s place. You neither considered me your son nor could you become our aayi. I have understood what you want. I will write what you want. Meera wonders what is Bhima made of. He will bear all the pain and follow all that others do wrong. Manjula says aayi is doing wrong. Meera says I think Bhima is wrong too but I wont say anything to him now. I will wait for father-son to reunite and Jijabai to understand that she did wrong. They watch Bhima as he writes the letter.
