Bhim says is father is telling the truth and he informs that they donot publish news against anyone but about what is happening in reality, he feels they are bothered by the fact that they publish the newspaper, Sethji further says that these people have a problem how they are alive, Shishupal agrees explaining that he is from the upper class and knows what they always think about doing, Meera also informs that Bhim always talks about becoming together so how can talk about anything of the sort, the people of the upper class order them to stop talking. Rama mentions they are going to accept his decision, Meghnath says these people are lying but the senior official says they donot tend to make a fool of anyone by giving them the Mala, the senior officer tells Bhim that there is no problem with his newspaper today and he can go to sell it however he will also read the newspaper from the previous two days, the other officer warns the Senior that he is looking from the wrong perspective, Bhim requests him to look into it even more carefully as they are trying to harm the people of his class, the senior officer orders the constable to arrest both Meghnath and the junior officer explaining they have tried to prove a false blame and ruined the time of the government, Meghnath blames the officer for making a mistake but they both are taken away. Ramji is smiling when the Bhim praises the officer for his decision today explaining they can see hope in him because a lot of previous officers who came here would only pressurize them but he is the first one who did justice today so he praises the officer, Bhim along with all the supporters present in the Chawl appreciate him, the officer says he had sworn on his mother who would tell him that something tends to happen and it is for the good, the officer says that he was walking after having the dinner when he heard two people talking about education and how they will even tell their son. The officer says that he kept thinking how Bhim has such a high thought and then in the morning his junior came to him with the complain, in that moment he wanted to meet Bhim and understand him which he has done today, he praises Bhim for doing good but just asks him to be careful because if there is anything against the society then he is going to stop Bhim, he praises the officer who leaves.

Bhim apologizes to Shishupal who says they must sell the newspaper today as they have talked about the education and some people might come due to it, Rama says they have to make it even big saying Bhim said that this Chawl was never recognized due to any good reason but now it would be known due to the education. Bhim says that when from their Chawl and the society would talk about the problems they are facing along with the love, then their acceptance would increase in the society while education is the weapon that does not injure anyone but can help them win any war that they like. The enemies of Bhim are furious hearing his words, Shishupal is smiling along with the other supporters. Rama goes to pick the newspaper saying they are going to sell them and pray that even more students come today so that their desire to teach people increases. Ramji keeps smiling, Jija Bai tries to go inside, he says those who are present are the enemies of Bhim but after what happened today, he is going to tell them it again that they all should support Bhim, he promises that Bhim will increase his newspaper to the extent that they would get a job in it, Jija Bai says that they should become his servant, Karuna mentions so Bhim keeps telling them of their class, Meera replies that Bhim does not talk like it so asks them to get treatment, Bala says then it is just the case and there is no need to force them to mend their ways, Jija Bai tries to leave but Ramji holds her hand saying she must come with him, Karuna questions where is he taking her when Ramji says no one is going to come after them, Ramji leaves with Jija Bai due to which everyone gets worried. Jija Bai asks where is Ramji taking her so demands he should leave her hand, Ramji sees Bhim and Rama so calls them both to him, he asks them to give the newspaper, saying he and Jija Bai are going to sell it together. Bhim says what is the need to do it forcefully, Ramji replies even they are going to sell it so asks them both to leave, Bhim and Rama walk away when Ramji asks Jija Bai to come as they are going to sell the newspaper, Jija Bai refuses but Ramji says that all the things can not happen according to her desires but Jija Bai is adamant to not leave.

Bhim tells Rama that he is worried since baba and Jija Bai would be arguing, Rama replies they should not bother by it, Ramji asks Jija Bai to come with him but she says that if she is not able to ruin the newspaper till the morning on the day after tomorrow then she will go to sell them in his place, Karuna coming explains even she will support Jija Bai and they should wait to see who wins, Karuna further says Ramji thinks that only Bhim and Rama are true but they must wait to see it happen, Jija Bai replies they will see if she is to sell the newspaper with him or not so they leave

Meghnath asks the constable to stop so he can breathe, he asks the officer what was the point in being educated when he did not even read the newspaper first, the officer says that he thought Bhim would write about the same topic but is shocked as he even knows politics, Meghnath replies that Bhim knows everything. The other people from the upper class come telling Meghnath they heard what happened to him. He orders them to do something about Bhim but they say they cannot do anything, Jija Bai and Karuna mention they will do it.

Ramji while standing is thinking about Jija Bai threatened him vowing to ruin the newspaper till the morning on the day after tomorrow, Jija Bai coming to Meghnath mentions they are by his side, Karuna says they will help him get out of the lockup while ruining Bhim Rao, Meghnath questions what would they be able to do when they have been with Bhim for so long but not able to do anything about him, he even then asks what is their plan, Jija Bai says they will tell him after reaching the police station.
