The episode starts with Happu ordering Manohar to clean his jeep. Manohar says it’s not his mistake as precious inspector used to keep it dirty. Happu asks him not to blame old inspector and asks to clean the jeep now. Manohar says they shall call their junior to do this petty work. Happu calls Reshampal and asks him to clean the jeep. Reshampal asks if he is ordering him. Manohar says boss is ordering a constable. Reshampal feeling humiliated cleans jeep.
Rajjo and Vimlesh walk on market street. A rickshaw puller touches Rajjo’s feet and takes her blessings. Vimlesh says Rajjo is commissioner’s wife now and hence being respected. Vegetable vendor welcomes her and offers her vegetables for free. Vimlesh asks him to give her vegetables for free. He refuses and humiliates her. Fruit vendor also gives fruits for free to Rajjo and humiliates Vimlesh. Vimlesh returns home and notices Beni counting money. Beni asks her to give him 10000 rs as he wants to buy a costly liquor for Happu who humiliated him yesterday for offering him a cheap liquor yesterday. Vimlesh says Happu and Rajjo should be respected as their level has increased and vents out her frustration on Beni.
At night, Beni serves a costly liquor to Happu. Happu asks why did he bring cheap liquor. Beni says they used to dream about it before. Happu says his level has increased now and he needs a better liquor and snacks. He continues to humiliate Beni again. A jewelry and cloth vendor brings costly jewelry and clothes to Rajjo’s house and offers her for free. Vimlesh asks to give some to even her, but vendor humiliates her that she is not commissioner’s wife. Rajjo also humiliates Vimlesh. Vimlesh leaves feeling humiliated. Amma warns Rajjo that she did wrong with her sister and says time can change anytime, so she should respect relationships and people.
Reshampal massages Happu while Happu continues to humiliate him. He says if he knew that he had to serve Happu when he grows up, he would have built a strong body. Manohar says he is old now and orders to massage him after massaging Happu. Tailor returns and takes Manohar’s measurement. Happu asks why did he return again. Tailor asks Reshampal to check his mail. Reshampal excitedly checks him mail and dances saying he is commissioner again and Manohar is a constable. Happu asks how will 2 commissioners work in a same police station. Reshampal says only he will be a commissioner and suspends Happu. He asks Happu go and beg now as he is not even a constable now.
Rajjo and Vimlesh walk on a market street again. Rajjo humiliates Vimlesh again for wearing simple clothes. Vegetable vendor refuses to respect her. Rajjo asks if he forgot who she is. Vendor says she doesn’t know who she is now and asks her to pay money or go home without vegetables. Rajjo walks away fuming. Vendor thinks she doesn’t know that her husband is kicked out of a job today.
