The episode starts with Reshampal with Manohar disguised as minister visiting Happu’s house. He calls Happu and family and introduces Happu to minister as the most obedient son who doesn’t part ways with his amma for even a second. Happu says commissioner is overpraising him a lot, his amma maintains a safe distance. Manohar asks him to call his amma and see him receiving award. Happu panics. Rajesh says amma is bathing. Commissioner checks bathroom and says mataji is not here. Rajesh says she forgot to inform that amma went to temple as she is having a fast. Manohar says let us go to temple then. Beni says amma doesn’t meet strangers. Happu finally agrees that Amma left home after having an usual argument with Rajesh, they thought she would return as usual after visiting Atbir mamma, but he got a kidnapper’s call who demanded ransom from him. Amma hearing that walks to him, slaps him, and asks who told she got kidnapped. Happu says someone took money from him.
Kamlesh enters and says its him. He runs in blabbering Kat Kat.. and says Happu took 1.5 lakhs to get him a 10000 rs business license, so he took back his money. He reveals that he heard amma and commissioner planning to teach Happu and Rajesh a lesson and planned to take back his money acting as a kidnapper. Manohar reveals reveals his identity and leaves with commissioner. Rajesh apologizes amma and says she will never argue with her again. Amma says how will she digest her food if she doesn’t argue. Happu says they are all beads of a necklace and amma keeps them bonded together. Amma says now he realized her value and hugs whole family.
Kat and Kamlesh plan a new year party. Everyone get ready in their best dresses and wait for the hosts sipping juice. They both enter blabbering in their broken English and dance on Abhi to party shuru hui hai… song. Once their performance, they ask everyone to discuss their new year resolution. Happu says he will not try to take bribe to help his friends. Rajesh promises to always obey amma. Beni promises to get gifts for Vimlesh and always fulfill her demands. Vimlesh promises to seek less gifts. Kat asks them to shake their legs now. Rajesh and Happu energetically dance on Mere Pyar Ka Rang Zara Chakna..song followed by Beni and Vimlesh on Soni De Nakhre.. song. Children also discuss their new resolution. Kat asks them to dance next. They all 3 dance next. Kat asks amma to discuss her new year resolution next. Amma says she has to bear her irritating bahu whole life, so she decided not to leave the house even for a day as she realized they cannot live without her. She then dances on with Dadaji on Yaar Bina Chain Kahan Re.. song. Their new year celebration continues.
