The episode starts with Ranbir, Chamchi, and Hrithik serving Amma. Amma feels good. Rajjo says she is surprised to see her chandal chokdi serving amma and says she is sure they are up to something. Happu joins them. Children demand Happu to get a dog at home. Happu says keeping dog at home is a big responsibility which he can’t fulfill. Children says they will take care of the dog. Happu says they can’t take care of themselves. Happu says Hrithik didn’t cut his hair since months and wants to take care of a dog. He rejects their request. They request Amma’s permission. Amma says they should take their mother’s permission. Happu describes how dogs are troublesome and says his decision is final. A dog listens to Happu’s hatred towards dogs.
At the police station, Happu orders Manohar to manicure his fingers. Manohar says he is a police officer and not a his servant. Happu asks if he doesn’t have any problem asking his share of bribe. Manohar apologizes him. Reshampal walks in and tells Happu that he found a way to catch Shakal and shows Shakal’s underwear. Happu asks if he will wear it and catch Shakal. Reshampal says he will use sniffer dogs to catch Shakal and has already sent an application to provide a sniffer dog. He gets a reply that they can’t provide sniffer dog as all dogs are under training. Reshampal thinks how will he catch Happu now.
While return home at night, Happu’s scooter breaks down. A dog who heard Happu’s hatred for dogs bites him. Happu returns home. Rajjo gets romantic and dances sensually around him. Happu acts like a dog. Rajjo pushes him away and warns him to stop acting like a dog. At midnight, Happu growls like a dog hearing other dogs growling. He wakes up and asks Rajjo to give him something to eat. Rajjo asks him to sleep silently. Happu walks to kitchen and eats milk and bread from the bowl like a dog. Kamlesh notices him.
