Jarnail plans to end the drama by killing Jeet, believing that the real Heer will emerge once Jeet is dead. However, his gun fails to work. A photographer compliments Jeet’s appearance, suggesting he should consider a career in the film industry. Jeet notices a reflection of Heer in a portrait and follows it. Yashika confronts Jeet, demanding to know who he is and why he touched her. Despite her rejection, Jeet saves Yashika from falling. He senses a familiar feeling around her, reminiscent of Heer. When Heer finds Jeet, she asks him if everything is alright. In a flashback, Jarnail obtains Yashika’s address from the photographer and discovers her name is Yashika.
Jarnail plans to shoot Yashika in the leg to force her to reveal the truth. Meanwhile, Simrit and Sunny refuse to believe that Yashika is their aunt. Heer tries to convince them, affirming that she is indeed Heer and still loves them as before. Jeet expresses his doubts, suggesting that Yashika may not be Heer. Yashika fights back against Jarnail, spraying him with pepper spray and tying him up. Beant Singh questions how she obtained her mother’s picture, and Jeet admits that Yashika lacks Heer’s mannerisms and fails to evoke the same feelings in him.
Heer accuses Jeet of doubting her instead of showing love, questioning the authenticity of his friendship and loyalty. Jeet insists that he felt Heer’s presence earlier but not with Yashika. Heer urges Jeet not to add to her pain, considering her ordeal after the accident. Heer’s mother reflects on not feeling the same connection with Yashika as she did with her daughter.
Jeet decides to prove that his Heer is elsewhere and leaves. Jarnail breaks free and resolves to make Heer accept the truth. Yashika grabs the gun, revealing her true identity to Jarnail and calling the police, but he strikes her and flees. Sartaj begins to doubt Jeet’s judgment due to his unwavering confidence. Rajvinder contemplates the irony of bringing her husband’s second wife’s photo into her home for Jeet, who now refuses to accept Yashika as Heer.
Precap: Sartaj says to Jeet you must have misunderstood. Jeet says no what I saw is the same familiar face that we all are used to seeing. Everyone is in shock after seeing Heer’s lookalike.
