The doctor walks out of the emergency room. Heer asks him about his father’s condition. The doctor tells Heer that he has a massive heart and they need to arrange money at least 7-8 lakhs for Beant Singh’s bypass surgery and call a cardiac surgeon as they have only half n hour for the operation. Heer is concerned about Beant’s health and urges them to do whatever it takes to improve it. Navjot is worried about Jasmin taking too long to bring money. Ranjha suggests checking and getting money by himself, but Heer decides to go herself as he is the only one whom she can trust for her father, remembering her fond memories with Beant Singh.

The nurse provides a prescription for Beant Singh’s medication. Ranjha goes to fetch the medicines but accidentally drops the prescription.

Meanwhile, Kuldeep is distraught in his room, breaking mirrors and destroying things. Rajwinder enters, attempting to calm him down. Kuldeep, in distress, expresses frustration that Heer hasn’t agreed yet. Rajwinder reassures him, promising to convince Heer. However, Kuldeep warns that if Heer doesn’t agree within 24 hours, she will never see her son again. Meanwhile, Rajwinder receives a call informing her that Beant Singh has a heart blockage and has suffered a massive heart attack. She expresses delight at exploiting others’ weaknesses.

Gurmeet loses all the money in gambling, and Ranjha, who lost the prescription, goes to the pharmacist to get heart attack medicines. When the pharmacist says the cupboard is full, Ranjha takes all the medicines.

Heer confronts Gurmeet about the gambling situation, exposes his opponent’s cheating, and calls the police. She leaves for the hospital with Gurmeet and the money. The doctor informs Heer that all cardiac surgeons are unreachable, and Beant Singh’s condition is deteriorating. Navjot starts feeling dizzy, worrying about handling everything alone if something happens to Beant Singh.

Heer reassures Navjot that she and Ranjha will not let anything happen to Beant Singh. Despite her silent tears, Heer remains strong.
