Indira Krishnan roped in for remake of Krishnadasi on Colors

Actress Indira Krishnan who was last seen in SAB TV’s Firangi Bahu will soon be back to television!!

Based on the news coming in, the seasoned actress has been roped in to play a pivotal role in Colors’ upcoming show, which will be the remake of the Tamil hit series, Krishnadasi.

As reported exclusively by us, noted actor and producer from South, Kutty Padmini will be venturing into Hindi GEC space with this show. Her company Vaishnavi Films Enterprises will be co-producing the show along with Optimystix Productions.

As per credible sources, “Talks with Indira are in the final stage, and she will more or less bag the big project. She will be playing the grandmother of the female lead.”

When contacted, Indira told us, “Well, there is nothing clear at the moment. I have been approached for the show, but there is nothing beyond this.”

As reported in media, Indira was also approached for the upcoming Star Plus show produced by Shoonya Productions and SOL Productions.

We tried buzzing Producer Vipul D. Shah, but did not get any comment from him.
