I notice from the previous episodes that Ishani is unwell and is trying to overcome the pain from the accident that she had from Ritika. Ishani isn’t fully recovered and why do I feel as Ishani will fall into a terrible sickness. Ranveer will finally realized what he had done and it is too late for him to later come to know about Ishani’s critical situation. I just feel sympathy and sorry for Ranveer of not being able to feel, see Ishani’s true person that he used to know in the past.
