Jas Karan Singh’s ‘double duties’ keep him super-busy on the sets of Colors’ Ishq Ka Rang Safed

Jas Karan Singh’s acting abilities have been applauded big time in shows like Miley Jab Hum Tum, Do Dil… Ek Jaan and the recently launched show on Colors, Ishq Ka Rang Safed.

Well, he is a class act when it comes to playing the ‘best buddy’ roles, and carries it very well.

But not all know that Jas is presently serving a ‘dual’ designation on the sets of the FilmFarm India show.

In addition to being an actor, Jas is also part of the creative think-tank of the show, which is headed by Producer Rupali Guha. The actor is managing his doubles duties really well, and takes on the role of the creative when he is not required for the scene.

When contacted, Jas Karan told us, “Yes, it is true that I am part of the creative team of Ishq Ka Rang Safed. I have always had the passion to do something beyond the lines of an actor. And when the opportunity knocked my doors when my writer friend Gautam Hegde introduced me to Rupali ma’m, I took up the offer. In fact, I am in the creative team of the show from the month of May 2015. It was only after I got on board the creative team, did the thought arise that I can fit into some role too. And upon doing the audition, I was selected to play Viplav’s best friend, Raj.”

Jas is pretty satisfied and happy with his decision, as he stated, “FilmFarm is the best production house to be associated with. And the way they treat you with all the warmth motivates you to do better. As an actor, I am confident enough of doing a good job. But I am also enjoying my creative job, and am putting in my best. I would say, I am doing a decent job till now.”
