The episode starts with Saanchi coming to the office. She tells Mugdha that they have to do the labelling of the bottles once again. Mugdha says she has to go as her father is not well. Mugdha sees Dhruv coming and says God have sent another help for you. Saanchi asks Mugdha to go and closes the door. Dhruv asks her to open the door and let him come in. Dhruv says he got food for her as she is fasting all the day. Dhruv says he will get drenched in rain. It starts raining, Saanchi asks him to go. Dhruv says he will not leave her alone. Either he will stand her or come inside.
Saanchi thinks Dhruv is gone and thanks God. Suddenly light goes and she searches for the torch. She hears some noise and asks who is it? Dhruv enters and closes her mouth saying you are not a superwoman. Anyone can enter through the window. He says if any other person enters then he may not leave you.
Dhruv tells her that a stubborn girl like you only can come at this time. Saanchi says she was about to faint as she got scared. Dhruv gives her something to eat. They looks at each other while the title song plays in the BG. Dhruv removes his shirt and says it is wet thus I am removing it. He says let’s start the work. Dhruv puts the label on his mouth. Saanchi offers him coffee, Dhruv takes her permission and take it out. Dhruv plays the radio to pass the time while labelling the Jam bottles. Saanchi looks at him while the song pal pal kaise katega pal plays on the radio. Dhruv helps her.
Dhruv tells her that the thoughts are good in this song. Dhruv again binds his mouth by the label. Mugdha comes to the office and wakes up Saanchi. Saanchi wakes up and sees Dhruv sleeping on the floor. Mugdha says it is sweet of him, he helped you all the night. Mugdha wakes him and says good morning. Dhruv take out the tape and says lets go. Saanchi says she will come later. Dhruv starts sneezing. Saanchi asks him to take care. He is about to leave, Saanchi thanks him. Dhruv says no need to say thank you to the dear ones. Saanchi asks Mugdha to get the file.
At home, Dilshaad checks Dhruv temperature and says you have fever. Dhruv says he can fall ill for that beautiful night. Dilshaad asks him to rest and says she will get the medicine. Dhruv says no, and says Saanchi will be sympathetic to see him ill. And then she will realise her love. Dhruv says he will be fine once Saanchi comes. Dilshaad says you are mad. Dhruv asks her not to troubled him.
Mugdha asks Saanchi to go home. Saanchi agrees and says do call me after consignment reaches the place. Dilshaad comes and says Dhruv is having high temperature. Saanchi says he is acting. Dilshaad says he got fever because of you. Saanchi says you don’t know him and his feelings. Dilshaad says I will bless him. saanchi says why you are supporting him. Dilshaad says she wants a good life partner for her that’s why she didn’t stop Dhruv. She asks what is the problem in him? Why you are thinking him wrong. Saanchi says he is younger than me. Dilshaad says he is elder than you. he bears your insult. He is younger in age but he has a big heart. Saanchi says she don’t want to listen and says there is no equality between us. Saanchi says she will call the doctor. Dilshaad says she don’t want to take help from the stranger. She says she don’t want this Saanchi who don’t care for Dhruv.

Advait asks why you made little amount of Palak khichdi. Nani says it was made for dhruv as he is having fever. Saanchi asks,did he took the medicines. Nani says he didn’t have food nor medicines.

The Karva Chauth sequence in Kehta Hai Dil…Jee Le Zara (Rose Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd) on Sony Entertainment Television has surely sparked off romance between Saanchi (Sangeeta Ghosh) and Dhruv (Ruslaan Mumtaz). In the coming episodes, Saanchi will realize that she too has feelings for Dhruv, and it will be the circumstances she finds herself in that will prompt her to react.
So how is this going to happen? Well, read on.
Firstly, when Saanchi’s consignment of jam comes back because of wrong labeling, Dhruv will offer to help, but she will not let him come into her office. After keeping him waiting for 12 hours in the rains, Saanchi will finally let him in. Dhruv will complete the task staying awake the entire night.
A source informs, “After she goes back home, Saanchi will find out that Dhruv has high fever and will rush to see him. She will nurse him throughout the night and as Dhruv will wake up in the morning, he will sweetly claim that if not out of love why was she there by his side. An embarrassed Saanchi will leave in a huff.”
When she will get back, she will find that Dhruv has left the place without informing anyone. Missing him, she will recount all the sweet and sour encounters she had with him. All of a sudden Dilshaad (Delnaaz Irani) will come in and inform her that cops have found the body of a man carrying Dhruv’s wallet. She will also inform Saanchi that she has been called over by the police to quickly come and identify it.
“Distraught, the girls will rush to the hospital but will be relieved to see that the body is of someone else and not Dhruv’s. Unexpectedly Dhruv will come there and Saanchi and Dilshaad will be happy on seeing him,” the source adds.
This is when Saanchi will fire him for leaving her place without informing anyone. And then in an emotional state, she will hug him tight and tell him as to how happy she is to find him safe. And when Dhruv will ask her why she is lying to both of them of not loving him, she will not say anything but will just hold him tight.
Will Saanchi accept her love for Dhruv? Where will this relation lead to?
We did try calling Ruslaan and Sangeeta, but they remained unreachable.
