Nidhi enters her room and immediately closes the door behind her while thinking about how she saw both Karan and Preeta together in the store room, she while crying goes to stand in front of the window and is not able to control her emotions, Karan quickly rushes to open the window, he coming to Nidhi asks why is she crying, she turning to him says she cannot bear him and he cannot be of Preeta after leaving her, she warns that if he does this then she will do something a lot worse and says that Preeta can never take her place. Karan tells Nidhi that he saw a very different smile on Preeta meaning she was happy and he can do anything for that smile of Preeta.

Preeta enters the room thinking about how she started beating Karan Luthra with the hockey stick and then quickly applied the warm cloth on his injuries to make them feel better, she suddenly gets a flashback and then wonders why she feels that it had happened before.

Karan asks Nidhi if she knows what she is saying, and she replies she means it when Karan questions how she can even think of this all and does not know the relation between them, Nidhi asks why he always says what he wants to and does he not know how much she loves him or what it means when a girl spends with one person, she says she has given him twenty years of her life in the hope that he will accept her. Karan says he is grateful that she has given so much to this family but she knows he only loves Preeta and has said it, Nidhi says that a lot of people make promises in this world that they would spend their lives but ninety percent of them separate and so if they can change then why can he not give her a place in his life. Karan requests Nidhi saying he cannot give her any place and his heart has only loved Preeta, Nidhi asks how can it happen that her heart belongs to him while he will love someone else, Nidhi says that she just knows one thing that Preeta cannot live in this house and so she tries to throw her but Karan holding the hand of Nidhi begs her to not do anything of the sort, Nidhi once again vows to oust Preeta, Karan says if Nidhi thinks he has hurt her feelings but what is he going to do now would cause a lot of pain to even himself but he feels this is the best choice for them both, Karan apologizing to Nidhi takes out her suitcase and starts packing the things when Nidhi asks what is he doing, he replies he is sending her to London as it is the only way to save this relation. Nidhi angrily sits on the bed saying that she will stay here explaining she did not come here on any vacation but has been here for twenty years so why does he not understand that she loves him, Nidhi warns what Karan is doing with her is deception, Karan is shocked however Nidhi replies he cannot deceive her now but if he still does it then she will commit suicide, Karan gets shocked requesting Nidhi to understand him, she says if he leaves her then she would die. Karan requests Nidhi to understand that he only loves Preeta in this life and his senses have returned to him after so long so she should let her return, Nidhi says she cannot live without him when he says he cannot live without Preeta, karan explains Nidhi knows he lived like a living skeleton and could not feel anything but has only been alive after the return of Preeta. Nidhi sits in front of the bed crying, karan requests if she has ever loved him then she should let him return to his love explaining she has loved him but he has only loved Preeta and their love is very strong, so if Preeta gets separated from him then he is telling the truth that he would die.

Mr. Panday is waiting when Rajveer enters asking what is so urgent that he cannot wait till the morning, Mr. Panday takes out the photos of Preeta helping Bani Dadi asking what is all this, he questions if Rjaveer is planning to deceive him however warns him that it is not so easy to deceive him and has Rajveer forgotten that he planned to take revenge from Karan Luthra or has he started making new relations, Rajveer replies he has not forgotten anything nor is he making any relation,s he explains that Mr. Panday is not the only one who got furious seeing his mother in the house of Mr. Luthra but even he tried to convince his mother a lot, he even tried to bring her back but it will take some time. Mr Panday suggests they both should ruin Karan Luthra.

Karan asks Nidhi to understand how both of them are crying for their love, Nidhi asks how he ended her life by just saying sorry, and Karan questions what she means by it all, Nidhi explains she loves him a lot and has risked her own life, by taking care and loving his entire family but he is going to break all of their hearts for the sake of Preeta, she always thought a day would come when she will get a small place in his life but she did not think that Preeta would return. Karan says he felt he would be able to make her understand but now he feels it is not possible, Karan says he is going to reveal the truth that he cannot love anyone else other than Preeta and he never said that he loves her or can get any feelings for her neither broke her heart, he requests her to understand that he only loves Preeta and can not love anyone which is why he is asking her with a heavy heart to return to London because if she thinks he will get feelings for her as the things would just get worse, Nidhi says she would not be able to live without him, he replies that one cannot fall in love but it just happens, he loves Preeta. Karan says Nidhi always kept saying she came here and took care of Shaurya and his family but he always told her to return to her house as she was wasting her time.

Nidhi explains she also fell in love with him and can make everything better, karan asks what problem does she have but Nidhi replies that if she leaves then the entire Luthra family would be heart broken and even she would stay away from them all, Karan explains that if she wants him to say it then he is going to end all the relations that are between them both, he explains they were always friends but she is trying to turn it into a romantic one which he cannot allow to happen, Karan says he ever thought he would say it but is going to end all the relations that existed between them both, Nidhi holds his hand refusing to go back while he keeps insisting her to leave and then walks out of her room while Nidhi keeps calling him, she is running after him and even falls after stumbling from the rug but he does not stop, Nidhi keeps recalling of when karan broke all of his relations with her, she is thinking of how she took care of karan when he got ill, Nidhi gets up to return to her room with a heavy heart, she starts thinking when Shaurya questioned why do they have so many staff, then Karan started scolding him but he kept arguing then she is the one who demanded him to apologize however Shaurya refused, Karan also got furious but Shaurya was force to apologize then Bani Dadi says that he is their family so should not be so furious. Nidhi thinks she has given all the happiness to this family but what she asks in return is just some love and respect he asked her to leave this house when she only has this family, and she does not have anything that she can call her own so where is she going to go. Nidhi is emotional sitting in her room.
