Sherlin says Preeta is right and this all happened because of her had she not gotten late then nothing of the sort would have happened, and if she has accepted her mistake this doesnot mean that they have forgiven her, Mahesh asks her to calm down asking why is she getting so angry, Sherlin asks why is he asking her to calm down because even she considers Pihu to be her daughter, when she lost her child it ruined her but after she saw Pihu then felt that she has gotten her child back however now Preeta has become the reason because of which everyone is worried, she tries to take care of everyone but not Pihu, they all can take care of each other and even Pihu, she just prays that Pihu come back as soon as possible and must say that she was not able to be a good mother, Dadi exclaims Sherlin is saying the truth, Karina also mentions that this is what she has been trying to say for so long.
Mahesh questions what they all are talking about because Preeta is the mother of Pihu and cares for them, they all should think of finding her and not fight, Karina starts quarrelling with Mahesh, Sherlin thinks she has once again given them another reason to fight but now should leave because she ahs to find out what Sonakshi is planning with her father, if she will be able to find Pihu with his help. Preeta runs in the hall, she kneels beside the table crying thinking of the first time when Pihu came into their house and how she has completed her life as a mother, when they would be together she would feel complete as a mother, she was once before not able to protect her at Diwali when Karina bua exclaimed Sonakshi cares more about Pihu then her, even Dadi scolded her for not being a good mother.
Preeta is sitting when she hears the bell ringing so rushes down, Karan also comes when Vinod asks him to just keep talking so that they are able to trace the caller id, he must ask about her health and if she has eaten anything but when Karan answers the call it disconnects then the mobile rings once again, Karan answers it asking who the person is and what is their demand, Preeta taking the call pleads with them to return their child because she cannot live without her and even she is a women so would know how it feels when a mother is taken away from her child, Pihu is really young, however the kidnapper ( Sonakshi) replies they do not have any quarrel with the Luthra family but just desire the money, they can take their daughter after giving them the money, Karan threatens to beat them if anything happens to his daughter, Sonakshi questions why did it take them so long to answer the call, she has called them again this time but would not do so again so they must be careful. Preeta once again demands her daughter when Sonakshi exclaims the price for their daughter is twenty million, they can pay the money in cash and take back their daughter, Preeta standing assures that they will get their money, but they should not do anything to her daughter, the call ends, karan assures Preeta that he will bring back Pihu and leaves saying he will come after arranging the money, Vinod runs after him.
Sonakshi assures Rajveer that they will get their money, she is shocked to see Sherlin standing there.
Karan rushes his car, but Vinod stops him explaining he doesnot think this is an actual kidnapping, Karan gets worried when Vinod explains he has handled a lot of cases and if this was real then they would have demanded a lot more money, but the lady just asked for twenty million when in reality she could have asked for two hundred million. Karan doesnot believe him saying it is not possible as no one keeps twenty million in cash, Vinod replies even then he was going to the bank and could have withdrawn any amount, he should think because the lady is keeping an eye on them all, he mentions that this might be a personal enemy who might even kill his daughter after taking the money but Karan explains he has some enemies but they all are abroad and he will take even a single chance which he has to save his daughter. karan sits in the car, Preeta also comes to sit beside him assuring that she will go with him and cannot stay in the house. Vinod thinks there is only way by which he can find out the truth.
Sonakshi asks Sherlin what she is doing here, Sherlin destroys her mobile when she gets angry, Sherlin then questions what sort of a person she thinks of her because she tracked her mobile using the app and also if she can come here then also Preeta can track her, because she is a really clever woman. Sonakshi explains she has given the birth to Pihu which shocks everyone when she orders them all to get back to work. Sonakshi asks Sherlin what is she doing when she replies that she did not tell her the plan because when she played her games Sherlin got mad at her, Sherlin once again warns her saying that she is making a mistake because she has kidnapped the daughter of Karan and Preeta, she doesnot know what they are capable off as they have involved Vinod, who is the officer specializing the kidnapping cases, Sonakshi exclaims she warned them to not involve anyone when Sherlin explains he has come as a friend. Sherlin says that Sonakshi said she would work alone but she requires her help, Sherlin replies she doesnot want any money but the revenge from Preeta as because of her, Prithvi is in jail and she must take revenge, Sonakshi thinks she has also involved Sherlin with her and now will surely win.
Shristhi enters the house when she is shocked to see everything, she asks Sameer what is going on when he reveals the entire situation, Mahesh advises Shristhi to take care of Preeta because she is not able to forgive herself and thinks she is wrong even when he assured her she is not at fault but she must not worry, Shristhi really appreciates Mahesh saying he is the only one in this house who understands Preeta, he replies that he has accepted her as his daughter so surely knows him.
Preeta comes back with Karan, Shristhi immediately hugs her, she starts weeping when Shristhi says that she must not worry because she is not at fault, and it is all because of that message which was deleted. She should remain calm; Karan also gets tensed seeing Preeta crying.
Precap: Sherlin starts getting worried when Vinod shares his plan about keeping a tracker in the suite case and then catching the kidnapper. Preeta says she will go with Vinod to get her daughter back, but Karan says no to her.
