Rajgaur’s family is worried for Suraj. Suraj is shown to be undergoing an operation. Pavin comforts Ambica. Shakuntala and Aarthi come to the hospital. Shakuntala acts as if she is crying. Shakuntala stops Jinal from going to Ansh and Aarthi. The doctor comes out and says right now Suraj is out of danger but for the next 4 days they can’t give him any food orally. The doctor says she can meet Suraj after he regains consciousness and leaves from there. Ambica falls on the bench. Kesar cries to herself.
Jugni calls Kabir and asks Kabir if he told the truth about Suraj to Ambica. Kabir says Suraj got into an accident so this is not the right time to tell them.
Ambica comes to Goddess and begs Goddess not to take Suraj away from her. Kesar comforts Ambica. Ambica says to Kesar that until Suraj doesn’t drink water she will also not drink water.
Darshan asks Leela when will Suraj return home. Leela says Suraj will return home soon.
Suraj regains consciousness. The nurse gives good news to Ambica that Suraj has regained consciousness.
Suraj looks at Ambica and recalls Hetal’s words. Suraj asks Ambica how could she do this to him and asks Ambica why couldn’t she tell him that the car brakes have failed. Ambica says she tried to tell him but he went in such a hurry that he was not able to hear her voice. Suraj emphasises to Ambica that she warned Kesar before but she didn’t warn him.
Kesar overhears Suraj and Ambica’s conversation and feels hurt. Kesar blames herself for Ambica being accused of showing favouritism in between her kids and feels bad. Kesar says to Kabir about it.
Ambica says to Suraj that right now he judged her as a criminal so no matter what she explains it will be of no use. Ambica says to Suraj that once he returns home she will clear away all of his misunderstandings and leaves from there.
Ambica asks Kesar to go to Suraj. Ambica later asks Kabir to forget that she asked him to dig into Suraj’s past and says Suraj might have made a mistake in his childhood but it should not judge his future. Ambica says to Kabir that right now she wants to see Suraj happy that’s all.
Kesar comes to Ambica and sends Kabir to bring medicine for Suraj. Kesar later comforts Ambica and says to Ambica about Suraj proposing to her. Ambica feels relieved hearing this. Kesar asks Suraj to never do this kind of thing again.
