Srikant informs Sai that Madhusudhan his cousin from Nagpur; he takes government contracts and hence moves from one village to another; he is very hardworking, pious, and courteous person who helps others wherever he goes and that is the reason he has everything gifted by god. Sai sees blind Gautam searching something under a silver lamp and it shaking heavily due to air and falling towards him. Just when it is about to fall on him, Sai orders lamp to stop and it stops. Sai pulls Gautam aside and lets lamp fall later. Madhusudhan with his wife rushes to him and asks if he is fine. Gautam says he is fine, but what was that sound. Padmini says lamp was about to fall on Gautam and Sai saved him. Srikant says he is Sai and with his presence, nothing wrong can happen to them. Madhusudhan thanks Sai and says he will help him wherever and however he wants. Sai says he doesn’t not need anything from him, he should answer himself for his old deeds, Ramji gives them a signal to stop and change their way, whoever does so succeeds or else. He tries to leave. Padmini stops him and touching his feet thanks him for protecting her son. Sai says it was Ramji’s wish and when Janakinath/Ramji helps, who can spoil it. Padmini says she saw what he did, she couldn’t have helped her son even if she wanted to in such a short span. Just desiring is not enough and one should stop seeing wrong going around them even if it is very tough and continue till they succeed. He continues that one has to raise their voice and feet for truth, they can change anything with determination and belief. Srikant accompanies Sai. Madhusudhan and Padmini stand confused.
Srikant tells Sai that Madhusudan was busy in his work and he couldn’t meet him, but now since he is in Shirdi, he can meet him. Sai says nothing happens without a reason, fate takes them to a different place which his necessary for their future life. Srikant says he is right, he believes god sent Madhusudan to help villagers. Sai says let us see who helps whom. Sai asks what does he mean. Sai gives him mango seed and asks him to sow it in his backyard, he wants sweet guava in a few years. Srikant asks how can one get guava from mango seed. Sai walks saying its that simple to understand. Srikant says Sai wants to tell something, but he is unable to understand. Sai says when Ramji wants, he will. Srikant says he wants to talk about something else. Sai says a father is always worried about his child. Srikant says its about Govinda itself.
Govinda sits under a tree sadly when his friend walks to him and says a rich man distributed halwa poori in whole village. Govinda says that man must be so rich, they should also be rich, but its difficult to gather a square meal. Friend says with Sai’s blessings, they need not worry about food. Govinda says because of his uncle Kulkarni sarkar’s bad behavior, everyone are angry, but seeing rich man’s gesture, he wants to prove his parents that a rich man can also be humble and pious. They see carts passing by with home furniture and question driver. Driver says its Madhusudhan’s who distributed halwa poori in whole Shirdi, he will stay in Shirdi now. Govinda gets impressed.
Madhusudan asks Padmini to perform Gautam’s nazar and asks servant to take Gautam to his room carefully. Servant leaves with Gautam. In Dwarkamayi, people discuss that Madusudan seems to be a religious and kind man who distributed food and gifts in temple. Patil tells others that only a pious person can be religious and Madhusudhan is very pious. Keshav says he heard Madhusudan is ready to help others without thinking about profit or loss. Back at home, Padmini tells Madhusudhan that there is no one here and he should stop acting. Madhusudhan closes door saying she is right and looking into mirror removes his turban. He tells his mother that he spent a lot by serving halwa poori to villagers. Mother asks if it was necessary villagers would be happy even with dry rotis. He says people are impressed with him and now he will do whatever he does in other places. People discuss that they heard lots of stuff and furniture came to Madhusudhan’s house and there were 4 trunks full of silk clothes, his wife is very lucky. Madhusudan tells his mother that he will start his business immediately from tomorrow. Mother says she thought same, Shirdi villagers are very innocent by god’s grace. He says Shirdi’s god is Sai and villagers saw a lot of money via Sai, so he will misuse villager’s trust who think a simple man as god. Padmini reminisces Sai ordering lamp to stop and thinks why Madusudhan wants to do same crime in Shirdi.
Precap: Sai’s disciples discuss its easy to get happiness via money and they can help others also. Sai says what is the use of the money which cannot get them a peaceful sleep. Madhusudan is seen restless on bed.
