Mohit Malhotra is thankful to Balaji Telefilms for offering him yet another interesting role in Kya hua tera waada

Mohit Malhotra who was last seen in Bade Achche Laggte Hain is back on television with the Sony TV show, Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, yet another Balaji Telefilms show.

Talking about his role, Mohit states, “I play the prominent role of Vihaan who is the love interest of Anika (Neelam Sivia). While Karthik of Bade Achche was a middle class boy trying to balance his family and work, Vihaan is an intense guy who knows what he wants from life. The fact that he pays attention to Anika when all other girls in Australia are dying to be with him shows his mindset that he really loves Anika. He is a very respectful businessman.”

On his extended association with Balaji Telefilms, Mohit says, “It is a matter of great pride to be associated with a hit show like Kya Hua Tera Vadaa. Mona Singh has made a brand out of the show, and we hope people will continue to watch it as passionately as before. With respect to Bade Achche, the leap had happened and many new characters were introduced, and I did not have much to do. Balaji Telefilms has given me a career in the entertainment industry and I am thankful to them for giving me yet another interesting role.”

We hear that as the story progresses, Vihaan will fall in love with Anushka’s (Mouli Ganguly) daughter Bulbul, essayed by Sargun Mehta too. Hence there will be a love triangle formed similar to the initial concept of the show.
