Muskaan Sayed to play a colourful ‘jhatak-matak’ role in Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya

Actress Muskaan Sayed will make a colourful entry in Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya, produced by Balaji Telefilms.

Aptly called the lady with a ‘jhatak mathak’, Muskaan will essay the role of Dimpy, who will be the neighbour of both Suresh (Faisal Rashid) and Pragya (Sriti Jha). A very lively and bubbly character, the girl even though in her 30’s would still be unmarried. In her quest to look for her Mr. Perfect, she will fall in love with Suresh’s room-mate Arvind. However, Pragya’s family will be under the impression that Dimpy would have fallen for Suresh.

Muskaan Sayed who is presently seen in Big Magic’s Mahi Sagar in the role of Bindu Masi is also part of Balaji Telefilms’ show on DD1, Pavitra Bandhan.

When contacted, Muskaan told us, “Yes, yesterday was my first day of shoot for Kumkum Bhagya. I play a very colourful character and have been given a beautiful look in the show. The creative team nearly took four hours to decide on the look and kind of dresses they will be giving me. I am excited to be part of Kumkum Bhagya, and this happens to be my second show with Balaji Telefilms. I feel lucky to be shooting for three shows presently.”

Dimpy’s entry will take place during the wedding of Pragya with Suresh. Dimpy who is a tailor by profession will be handed over the responsibility of stitching the wedding attire for the bride.

Muskaan’s entry will be aired in tonight’s episode.
