Neerja walks in, Sheikh gets mesmerized by her looks. Sheikh says he wants to marry the girl in the pink. Didun turns around and gets angry seeing Neerja. Neerja acts as if she is unaware and says to Didun, she will not go with Sheikh, she danced and did everything she wanted but won’t get sold to Sheikh. Neerja rushes upstairs. Sheikh says he wants Neerja and will pay any amount.
Abeer’s mind races as he reflects on Neerja’s past. Anger surges within him, and he shouts her name. He never suspected she could be so driven by greed. Resentment builds as he contemplates her motives and wonders why he ever allowed her into his life. He recalls the conversation with Pishi Maa, learning that Neerja had been offered money to assist him.

In the midst of this, Didun chastises Neerja. Neerja, attempting to divert Didun’s attention, falsely claims that a religious ceremony is about to commence. She explains that she was in the process of preparing prasad while wearing the saree. Neerja urges Didun not to proceed with her impending marriage. Didun, understanding Neerja’s reluctance, conveys her own disinterest in the match, evident in her eyes. But the matter of money lingers. Neerja reveals that she can’t bear to be separated from her mother. Didun questions Neerja’s knowledge of her mother’s whereabouts, to which Neerja asserts her willingness to do anything for her mother’s sake.

Neerja presents a condition to Didun, requesting the return of the young girls to their homes. Didun probes her readiness for this commitment, and Neerja insists that she doesn’t want another tragic fate like hers and Chakri’s for those girls. Didun offers a proposition: if Neerja agrees to marry, she will release the girls. Contentment fills her, and Didun expresses her happiness to Chakri. Meanwhile, Moushmi informs Bijoy that Abeer has come across Neerja’s jewelry and intends to return it to her. Concerned that Abeer might notice the fake wedding chain, Bijoy resolves to prevent him from discovering the truth.

Later, Didun notifies Sheik of Neerja’s arrival, and he praises her beauty. Neerja realizes she must act with a smile, knowing that it will secure a lifetime of happiness for the young girls and their families. Sheik generously offers her jewels and diamonds and asks for her hand in marriage. Neerja, making a selfless decision, consents to marry him.

Abeer, overhearing this, reacts angrily and intervenes by dragging Neerja away. Sheik, bewildered, questions Didun about the unexpected turn of events and the stranger who took his bride. Abeer sets a blockade at the door to prevent any intrusion, leaving Neerja pleading for him to open the door. Didun instructs Lallu to escort Abeer out, but Lallu suffers an electric shock. Didun is left worried about the consequences of her scheme.

As Abeer returns Neerja’s jewelry, he admonishes her, asserting that she doesn’t deserve a wedding or even a life. Neerja challenges his right to pass such harsh judgment on her. She questions his incessant pursuit and implies that his presence has darkened places like Sonagachi. Abeer, with a disdainful gesture, discards the vermilion, stating that weddings and the accompanying rituals are not written in her destiny.

Frustration mounts, and Didun cuts the power supply. Neerja rebukes Abeer for speaking about a life that was handed to him by his parents, accusing him of meddling in her affairs. She recounts his father’s visit to seek her assistance and argues that there’s no reason for her to feel embarrassed. Her patience wanes, and she insists that he leave.
