Punar Vivah 13th December 2012 Written Episode

Scene 1:
Location: Yash’s house
Hearing the doorbell ring, as arti goes to open the door, she is stopped by prashant saying that she was right in saying that even though they have no feelings nd realtions between them, yet her family wouldnt be able to understand this. hence he decides to sneak out the back door and then suggests arti to open the door. When he’s gone, arti opens the door to find her family waiting outside. gayatri tells her how successful the visit to the temple was even though the roads were worse than ever. They all then come inside while arti is still tensed.

Outside while prashant is trying to sneak out, he collides into prateik who was just coming in. But before, he can recognize prashant he flees from there. prateik concerned goes inside the house and asks if anybody came. while others are puzzled, arti is scared. they then think that arti must be knowing if anybody came to visit. But then assume that if it was anybody known he wouldnt have snuck out like that. Buaji shows to be extremly horrified at the thought of theifs in the house and as usual reprimands arti for being so careless. Suraj stops her and pankaj too asks her not to worry since they have the CCTV footage of the main gate to find out who it was. While everybody gets ready to check, arti is scared to death.

They gather around the Player and see the footage, but to arti’s relief the footage does not show prashant’s face clearly. Prateik comes and tells them that nothing seems to be stolen or tampered with. Yash comes in and asks what happened sensing the mood and prateik tells him everything. Yash however recognizes the blue muffler of prashant but cant remember where he saw it. He gives up and suraj too tells everybody to relax since no harm has been done. They leave. Pankaj too asks prateik and yash to stop worrying and party about the fact that they won the case.

Scene 2:
Location: yash’s house
While prateik and pankaj are drinking, they start talking about how arti weaved her miracle again today in the court by getting the girl who they didnt even think could help the case. Prateik comments that arti is a great girl and that anybody in her company can fall in love with her. But yash being innocent, even after spendign so much time has just managed to be good friends and not fallen in love with her. He remembers their moments together in Mrs. Kiran’s flat in mumbai and says that she indeed is a great girl and that he is madly in love with her. Both prateik and pankaj are overjoyously surprised to hear him say that and are about to shout it out to the rest of the family, when yash stops them saying that he hasdnt yet told arti about it. Prateik asks him to say it to her. He says that he too has been thinking the same. yash says that he needs their help in planning out a surprise for her that she likes. prateik commenst that girls like shopping, diamonds and holidays and anyone would please arti too. yash begs to differ saying that arti is different. both pankaj and prateik who are drunk now, sart commenting on how behidn all the love, all women are basically the same and would prefer shopping on the husband’s money rather than share a meal with them. yash seeing that they are deviating from the topic, asks them to focus on the surprise and not scare him from it. Prateik tells him to have a beer as its a confidence booster and then once it kicks in, tells everything that he feels to arti.

Scene 3:
Location: yash’s house
Finding pari alone in the kitchen, she comes upto her and ask if she could give her an advice. when she says yes, arti tells pari again to tell prateik about that night, whenever she thinks its the right time or the right situation, before he has to hear it from somebody else. Since if he does, he would be so hurt and she doesnt want this truth to mar their marriage and the beautiful relation that they share. Pari is as usual in a fix as to how to explain it to him. Meanwhile buaji hears their conversation from a distance. She thinks to herself, that what is this truth that arti is asking pari to tell prateik that only arti knows and she doesnt. She is determined to find out whats brewing.

Scene 4:
Location: Yash’s house
When pankaj offers yash another beer, yash declines it. He tells yash to go and tell arti what he feels for her. Prateik too convinces him that its the right time and that he’s in the right frame of mind to profess his love for her. while yash is time and again hesitant with doubts creeping in his mind about arti’s reaction, he leaves no option to his brothers but to literally force him out of the room so that he can go to arti. Yash finally musters up enough courage to start going towards their room.

Scene 5:
Location: Yash’s house
Pari and arti are sitting in arti’s room while vidhi is comemnting as to how arti has changed yash’s outlook towards life and how he has become so concerned for arti and decorated this room for her. She asks arti that what would be her reaction if right then yash walks in saying that he immensely loves her. Not getting the desired effect, she goes to the closet and pulling aysh’s shirt out and wearing it, she stands before and comically starts imitating yash as to how he would speak out his love for arti is hesitation. Vidhi’s version of yash sends arti into slits of laughter. while she reaches the table to have a glass of water, she comments that vidhi took less than a minute to say her feelings aloud, but yash would actually take about a year. Saying so, she turns around and is surprised to find yash standing in the doorway. Vidhi and pari too notice him. The screen freezes on Arti’s face.

Precap: Seeing yash in a drunk, romantic mood, Vidhi taks pari out of the room with an excuse of some work in the kitchen. When arti offers to come along with them to help, vidhi tells her that they would manage in the kitchen, she should control the situation in here first. Arti, looking at yash, smiles to herself in anticipation of whats to come.

Afreesh , sometimes somebody has to seek sense from our nonsense and you do that expertly . This is why we always listen to your voice of reason . You may not accept but I do and I am sure SJ would as well . All of us on the forum have valuable insights , like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle . You just seem to find the missing pieces we lose sometimes .

You are correct in your assessment of the Schindia men except for Papa S ,I believe . You see , this gentleman , belongs to an older generation and he has followed the rules of his time very well . He is an excellent provider , strong and wise father figure , he has assumed the care of his younger sister . However , here is a man willing to change when challenged with the truth versus his view point . The problem is that there isn’t enough challenge from his sons . When Yash made the decision to reject Papa S’s position and pay Ansh’s ransom , he forgave his disobedience . The responsibility belongs to his sons to bring Papa S into the modern world .
Pratheik has desires to be a chef , but he silences them because he fears his father’s reaction . He needs to man up and follow his dreams . Which one of the sons can Papa S really trust with the responsibility of that house ? Look at them , they are all still like little boys . Poor man probably yearns for the day that he could relax and relinquish some of the Schindia household responsibilities onto his sons . He can be old school and stubborn yes , but like you said he can change . I admire this wise , strong leader of the household .
He has treated his wife fairly according to his generations rules . Gayatri accepts his decisions but sometimes he also accepts hers . She can always trust him to do right for her . Papa S is not to blame for Pari’s misconduct , Pratheik is at fault . He married the girl and made false promises . Prsv once said that Gayatri accepted Pari , despite her non traditional background , because she loves Pratheik . However , I believe that she should have instead spoken out because of that love , but she saw Pratheik’s happiness and remained silent . She did harbour feelings that Pari would turn Pratheik into Pari’s father . She had the most interaction with these boys growing up , since Papa S would have been occupied with work. They are angels in her eyes and no bahoo should hurt them . I don’t blame her , she is their mother , and she wants to see them well cared for .
Gayatri is a loving ,over protective mother , but she can also be kind at heart and understanding and forgiving . She stood beside both Aarti and Pari before . Remember when she was willing to accept Aarti’s possible indiscretion with Aman ? I don’t know if she will stand by either when the actual truths are revealed though . The husband and wife teams need to strengthen their relationships instead of harbouring their feelings inside .
If we look at everyone of the Schindia sons and bahoos and even Bhuaji , they all have a secret within them . Unexpressed feelings of resentment , guilt or desires . The boys can sit joyously around bottles of alcohol , but cannot express their actual feelings to their wives .
Afreesh , I am not defending Aarti again , but what if Yash had said ” I love you ” before ? Do you think that he would have helped to ease Aarti’s burden ? I can’t put down the feeling that she is afraid of more rejection when the truth gets revealed , because she is yet unsure of Yash’s love for her and not just for the baby . We know that she isn’t always the sharpest when it comes to figuring things out sometimes ,and Shobha is leading her astray . She needs Yash to express his love .

SJ…..I’m almost relaxed with yesterday’s tension. I couldn’t even imagine how would they react if they see Arthi & Prashand alone. Of course I know it’s a temporary relief because yash will identify the muffler soon. Yash is having every proof except Arpita’s bangles.

  Suni & Sj…..why the writers are against us???…. Is they want to irrigate us??? …..whenever Arthi sees paridhi alone she started her preaching work…..I’m getting mad at Arthi…who is she to advice her?….Except Arthi’s legal advice other scenes are fine…
  Especially that three brothers conversation was awesome….they are really cute brothers. When yash said Arthi is different female his face expressed the mixture of love & proud feelings….Poor fellow your proud feelings’ life is very short

Then again , I think that this is the Schindia men’s flaw , they don’t seem to be able to sense how deeply troubled their spouses are . Neither Pankraj nor Pratheik has a clue either .

  Yes friends…..the three brothers have their own fault for not controlling or correcting their wives promptly. (This is the message of PV for men to behave like a man instead of trusting them like an angel) & then Suni they didn’t show the men are flawless…if you take papa scindhiya they indicated him as a autocratic personality who is not ready to share the power among his grown up sons & treating his wife & daughter in laws as the valuable house hold things and ignoring their own interest and desires. I believe he is the main reason for paridhi’s situation if he handled her RJ work issues softly & brilliantly then she might not become so aggressive towards her carrier goals. She was the girl who came from a modern & care free cultured family but scindhiya’s determined rules & controling attempts suffocated her freedom breathes & encouraged her to discord all their demands. Finally she created her own ways to achieve her desires and involved her husband as like as a puppet….
  Why prateik became a puppet???… he has no voice to pacify his dad as well as he couldn’t able to convince her. Why??? He made wrong promise to her & threatened by her adamant nature & her determination and also he didn’t have any rejection for continuing her job . So he amended himself to her path blindly. When he allowed her to do night shift, that was the time he took chance on his life atleast he might have accompanied her as a protective husband. ( Here….the message is husband encourage their wife to do wrong by their blind trust & weak personality)
  Then pankaj has no mind to understand what is going on their family as well as his wife. He is the reason for Vidhi’s state. Inspite of blaming his wife he should complain to gayathri for keeping his elder bahu as the care taker of kitchen.
  And our handsome dump yash has been having a lot of flaws from the beginning… when he is not supposed to doubt that time he doubted her and cruelly punished her . Similarly, now he is encouraging her to do more mistakes by his blind trust. There is no valid reason from yash for not clarifying the car break down & the stranger man from Arthi.
  I strongly believe that the writers had conveyed enough messages through these men of scindhiya parivar that how the men are involved indirectly at encouraging their wife to do mistakes

  Yes Sj….the writers started their dump tales a long time before…. yash didn’t enquire regarding the friendship band & he didn’t doubt how prashand knew Arthi’s favorite items (surprise dinner)he decided himself as prashand has separated from his wife… why??? & How????..& when???..upto yash understanding he had lent money to prashand for saving his wife then suddenly how she become separated???… who told yash like that???… our Pv team is experts on concocting irrelevant incidents & irrational thoughts on their cast
  Yeah….me too waiting for the scene in which Paridhi give her lecture to Arthi by her own tough way. It is an urgent need for Arthi to come out of her absent mind.
  Sj…. I think we both are sailing on the same boat. Me too worried about scindhiya family reaction more than yash. Of course yash doesn’t deserve these deception but somehow I can justify it by remembering his rude attitudes & obsessed rejection. I couldn’t imagine or have no courage to see papa scindhiya’s face when her substantial errors freak out. He is the person who changed his personality & determined actions by the influence of Arthi & he started to respect her more than his sons & providing enormous support & abundant love . The whole family treating her like an angel… How would she face them???…. what the writters are trying to say through Arthi characterisation???… I think we should emerge ourselves to understand this Arthi role apart from our own judgments. Let’s start our analysis

  Sj….I should tell you some tips for controlling migraines… we shouldn’t take caffeine yaar especially when we feel headache but I tried with green tea sometime.
  When I suffered with miserable pain & the tablets provides adverse effect then the frequent steaming helps me remarkably. You too try once my friend….(show the painful area of the head on the steamer).

  Suni…I accept papa S has old traditional views and he was ready to amend it whenever he reasoned by yash or Arthi. But, he was very strict with Paridhi and never able to listen their views. I have personally seen from my relatives the strict father make their children dump & dependent personality. Their children can’t take their own decisions and become careless & tempted to commit mistakes whenever they find opportunities . This is what these three sons are doing especially pankaj & prateik. Ok…yes you are right Prateik holds the major part on blaming.
  Yes Suni….this is what I’m thinking….already you brightly mentioned Arthi has soft corner for Prashand…and you raised the question on her love towards yash. But I refused to doubt on her love…. now I couldn’t make out clarity on her activities. Whether the writters are doing nonsense with her characterisation or we missed to catch out their views???.
  We should keep in mind Prashand influence on Arthi’s life is inevitable than yash hence she involved with prashand mentally & physically. She confirmed 2 times that she loves yash like a God…when conveying her love to yash she said making your loved one to be happy is also a love despite of owning them. Is that she didn’t close to him as she was with prashand???…
  
  I was terribly surprised when she closed the door by letting him inside with her alone…. forget about yash & his family where is her self discipline yaar????…. when there is no one at home if she allows a strange man inside the house…. would she lock the door????… the answer can be yes or no….but my strong view is she is not supposed to close the door with the man who has spent his night with her & who made her pregnant at past…what made her to do that???
  I think we have to make a proper analysis for Arthi without our own judgments regarding her role which should be in different angle….
  I will try my best…
  when the writters portrayed yash like a psycho we couldn’t able to follow at that time but recently we justified with those attitude and now they are doing with Arthi….let’s try to find out

  I agree Afreesh , about Papa S , see what I mean about how incisive you are . By being such a dominant figure , he has frightened away rather than encouraged his sons opinions . I guess every character on this show evolves slowly , we do sometimes miss the subtle points sometimes . He started his change by going back on his decision for the first time when he took Aarti back into the house . He is on the right track , we need to see him spending more time getting to know his sons .
  I was also quite dismayed when she allowed Prashant to trick her into letting him into the house . When she was in the car with him it worried me the way she kept adjusting her hair . They say women do this around men who attract them , a sort of flirting . I may be completely wrong . The fact that she loves Yash like a God is both good and bad . She respects him and is grateful for him having provided her and her son with love , comfort and security . But he is her husband in a non Godly way as well . I am not sure if she has accepted him in a physical capacity since this aspect of a relationship involves complete surrender of ones self , mentally more so than physically . She completely forgot their only physical encounter – we questioned her sanity for forgetting a man like Yash . You maintained that she could have won Yash over sooner if she knew what to do . We may see my theory tested in today’s episode .
  She is an odd character capable of detaching herself momentarily from her troubles and focussing instead on others . Maybe we all do that sometimes , since it is easier to help others than ourselves .
  She doesn’t completely trust Yash’s love ,as yet , if she is afraid of revealing the truth . Emotionally she is a mess . Lots of balls in the air and tremendous pressure on her . She functions daily in fear of the truth instead of the burden of maintaining the lie . It seems as though she is obsessed in maintaining stability within her life . Stability in the sense of a good family for Ansh and her unborn child . When has she ever thought only of herself ??? We see her looking at herself in the mirror , she is now becoming conscious of how Yash sees her . Maybe Prashant still wields some control over Aarti because of that physical relationship they once shared . We had deduced that her and Prashant’s relationship was based more on lust rather than love . She is comfortable with his physical presence , but not his aura or spiritual presence .
  Prashant rejected Aarti when she was her true self . Yash accepted her and waited for and guided her to change into the character she is today . Like you said his stares were enough to frighten Aarti into being neater . Prashant commented on how quiet she had become and how much she has changed . He appreciates her now , but was never the right man for Aarti who could change her for the better . He had left her broken and Yash gathered the pieces and has almost made her whole again . He is back again to challenge her , as he is now willing to take her back . All she ever wanted at one point .
  If Aarti is the fool we label her to be , she needs a power shot of wisdom now . Prashant will try to fool her again , but she needs to listen to heart but also think with her brain . Let us see if our heroine is up to the challenge …..

  When me nd Suni can or decide and keep going round and round, then afresh Coe to the picture , your honour , Suni nd SJ not asking any scence here is the bottom line
  
  Yah I am a big migrainer, , I can o even drink a sip of water, I eed to k medication right away
  I can not drink caffeine , green tea does not help, cold, warm, light, dark, normal, abnormal
  Everthng bother me. Take .25 mg imitrex with two Tylenol I get better in less tan an hr
  If I am late taking med. than god it feels. Am dead, need to g shot many time mss classes
  Otherwise I do not tak any other medication.

  I my mom took me to migraine research unit, biofeed, method , eye droop, nothing helped
  I do not think anymore, I ake things the way they come, but my mom tells me I am a complainer.

Very nice episode. Yash and aarti are cute. Aarti’s smile is wonderful. Vidhi’s acting super every episode andso today vidhi acting so cute. Prasanth go to back door this s a problem for future episode becoze yash conform identify the blue muffler.
