Punar Vivah 16th January 2013 Written Episode

Scene 1:
Location: Outside the lawyer’s chamber
While arti is scared that she might lose this case, yash assures her that she would always have ansh by her side and he would make that possible. He offers to drop arti home and then he has to go to the bank. They sit in the car and drive off.

Scene 2:
Location: Inside the bank
The manager gives suraj 20 lacs on his signature on some documents. he takes the money and leaves. Yash too arrives at the bank. Suraj walks out of the bank, and gets in his car and drives off while yash enters. the manager notices that suraj scindia had left his phone on the desk only. In the bank, yash too is worried about the same as to how prashant managed the money to hire the best lawyer in the city. The manager seeing yash, gives him suraj’s phoen and tells him that scindia withdrew money from the bank. He is worried that suraj might be in some problem.

Suraj too arrives at the bank, realising that he forgot his phone there.

Yash, while is worried that his family might be in some problem, gets a call from Prashant on suarj’s phone and is surprised as to why is he calling his father. when he ignores the call, he sees a message and finds out that its prashant’s who has send a message to inform suraj that Mr. Chhabaria has accepted his case and that he should give him the money asap to be able to pay for his fees.

Yash says that he cant believe that suraj could do something like this. He admits that arti made a mistake and for that they would penance for their whole life if they have to. but by helping prashant, and turning his back against his own son, he did very wrong. He demands to know why is suraj helping that person and trying to take away ansh for them. Suraj replies that by this, arti would realise what it feels like to lose her own son, and by doing this, if he gets his own son back, then so be it. he would use anything in his means to get his son back. He says that he and yash’s fight is the same and they aim for the same thing, then how could they be so different in their definition of right and wrong. yash says that he is on the righteous path of truth and suraj is employing wrong means.

Yash reprimands suraj for helping a person who is disloyal, liar and couldnt belong to his own parents. But suraj retorts back saying that even his own son turned his back against his own parents and for now, he isnt concerned about right or wrong, he is just bothered about winning. Yash looks at him disbelievingly but says that he would support the truth and that shall triumph. Suraj says that his confidence is admirable but he knows that suraj has always tasted success in every endeavour. He tells yash that tomorrow is the descision in the court that would decide who’s right and who’s wrong and saying that, he takes his phone from yash. yash too leaves.

Scene 3:
Location: Yash’s house
Yash is playing a vide game while arti is lying on the bed tensed. she turns around to find yash immersed in the game. She comes upto him and wiping his face with a towel. Yash frustratedly tells arti that the game that he’s playing is more complicated than he thinks and that everytime he thinks he’s winning, a new challenge comes up that he has to pass. Arti says that he thinks that if he loses this game then he would lose ansh’s custody too tomorrow in the court. Yash is upset and arti tries to comfort him saying thaat when she was about to get married to him, she was very stressed and coincidentally she too was playing the same game. when yash asks if she won, she says that she was able to give ansh the best dad. yash confesses hios doubts that maybe he didnt give his best to the game, hence he is unable to wim it. Arti says that he has always given his 100% to anything that he has taken ever. Ansh gets up and asks him what is he doing up so late. when aysh shows him the game, ansh takes it instantly and solves it in an instant, arti says that just like the game, everything would work out perfectly in their lives. the all sleep together.

Scene 4:
Location: Prashant’s house
Prashant enters his house and is confronted by shobha who is angry at the turn that prashant’s behaviour has taken. she confronts him saying, that if he thinks that he would get ansh and arti back into hsis life, by winning the court case. When prashant tries to deny that he’s doing it just for ansh and not arti, shobha says that he cant befool his mother and she knows that he’s after getting back arti in his life even after failing badly in his first attempt. He says that he does remember and also remembers the sense of satifaction on her face but this time he wont accept defeat. Prashant challenges shobha that this time, she and arti would face the brunt of the situation as arti would come begging on her kneees back to him. He says that he’s better than yash in every sense and has even sired her a son and yash, has just daughters to his credit as a father.`Shobha slaps him saying that even he has been brought in this life by a woman and when he left his owwn son, a woman only, referring to arti, brought her up and therefore, he is in no position to talk and compare himself to yash. while prashant continues telling her to stop, she continues saying that he is nothing compared to yash and that he is not even fit enough to be called a human being and that he could never make a relation, be it that of a son, or a husband or a father, succeed in his life. unable to take it any longer, prashant picks up a vase lying on the taable and breaks it on the floor and shobha’s legs are hurt by the broken glass pieces. but that doesnt break her spirit as she continues reprimanding prashant for his inhuman behaviour and saying that he would soon find himself in a dark corner again, with noone beside him due to his own wrong deeds. Prashant leaves from there, bathed in his own ego and over confidence while shobha is flaming with rage. Shobha quoting from the mahabharata, “VINASHKALE VIPRIT BUDDHI”, says that now nobody can stop him from being destroyed. The screen freezes on her face.

Precap: while ansh doesnt like the ambience of the court and asks why he has been brought here, yash tries to pacify him saying that thye have an important piece of work to attend to and then they would leave from there.

Shaking hands with devil Suraj has already destroyed his son’s trust and life. Like Suraj said he will do anything to get his son back right or wrong but Yash has been taught that on teh righteous path no matter how difficult good and love always triumph over evil. The love that Yash has for his son Ansh and his family will triumph in court.

The biggest evidence and eyewitness is Prashant;s ex-wife. I cant wait to see her return it would even be laughable if she was pregnant and already married to someone else. It would show the court that Prashant is a irresponsible man and niether of his ex-wives want him back.

The second eye-witnesses the Dubeys. Lets forget Taiji and Mr.Dubey and concentrate on Shobha. She has already declared that her son is dead to her as he himself proved it by hurting his own mother. No matter how frustrated with your parent or upset never attack them, he himself broke off all relations with his house when he walked out. Its so hypocritical thats Taiji and Prashant have the gall to insult Arti’s character yet want her back as the DIL. Dubeji kept contact as a parent due to love but he refuses to acknowledge the wrongs that his son is doing. Is he afraid to recognise some failures as a parent or some qualities that Prashant has gained from him? Because we all know Shobha is a good woman and taught good values but her son refuses to follow them.

It is true this is an old school vs modern thinking. Old school are maya taiji and suraj. Shobha and even Gayatri has been able to change thier thoughts such as Arti remarrying and being a divorcee. Suraj mayhap beleives that even if the man of the house is a failure the wife and her family must remain loyal. He perhaps sees Prashant as a failure becoming a winner if he has gain control over his household once again and that Papa S ruling still remains along with his control. Arti has challenged that patriarch rule by divorcing and remarrying in his eyes.

In this court case will the entire Scicindia clan be present? Will Gayatri and her family members sit and watch Suraj destroy what happiness is left within thier family?

Im even more upset as Yash and Arti have not explained the situation to ansh. You are about to let a lamb go to its slaughter instead of warning him that there are butchers ahead and he should make the quickest exit! The court is tense aggressive atmosphere civil yes but aggressive. Ansh will be confused and be traumatised by all of these questions and the lawyer will be able to twist words and thoughts around an innocent mind. I swear we need to call child’s services because Ansh has been abused verbally and physically, neglected and now torn in a court where practically 2 madmen (prashant and suraj) “fighting for their rights” to remain and retain their position as the head of their household?

And Prashant doesnt know or understand the definition of a man. Its ignorance and pride that made him prove his worth as ‘as siring a son’. A man’s role is to protect and provide for his family and love ones. He failed those two. He failed even worse in terms of love but gave betrayal to all. Did he repent? Slightly when his life was in danger but when he realised that the golden goose and its eggs (arti & ansh) were turning things his way such as the love and support of the Dubeys, his realisation of becoming a good father to his son and a good husband to arti (i blame arti because she kept on saying she once loved him in her pleadings to leave them alone and that indirectly encouraged his feelings and beleiefs to regain his family instead of spitting hatred for him) and then Taiji as his trump card. Why repent just take and attack. He failed as a son and left Arti to perform his duties as a son. Then through marriage Yash became their son.

Yash is the real man in this show he wears the pants and directs the path the wind should blow in. Prashant is not inhumane he depicts the darkside of men’s heart and will be his own destruction as Yash represent the light and goodness we all love and admire.

  I am not sure whether Prashant has repented a little at all. At that time he probably thought Aarti and Ansh are still waiting for him and now that he is free from his 2nd wife he can go back to his 1st wife. That is not repenting in my opinion it is being selfish.
  
  As far as Yash, I think he did too much of Arpita thing. I understand he was madly in love with Arpita but then he should not have vented his anger at Aarti plus he had never told Aarti about Arpita being everywhere in the house. Some have claimed that Aarti has also hidden her past. But as Magi wrote earlier, Aarti had told few times to Yash but those words never reached his ears) . So looks like every one has some fault but in varying degree though.

Great epiode. It was very suspensful. Im glad that Suraj told Yash the truth, no more secrets about what his true nature is. He is just desperate to get his son back and I understand that but in a way he is acting like Prashant. Prashant has gone completely crazy, I can imagine the look on his face as he loses the court case. If Shoba, Dubey, and Ansh testify then they are sure to win. I loved how Aarti comforted Yash and this kind of showed us how important Ansh is in winning this case. Yash showed great emotion in this show. I think it was very good and got its viewers hyped up for the court scene. Poor Ansh, hopefully the writers wont give us a twist and give Prashant Ansh’s custody. What really bothered me was the way Prashant has been acting with Shoba lately. How can he talk that bathameez with his parents? He smashed glass on her feet! Shoba is the world’s best mother, how can Prashant just treat her like that. Prashant is going to get it, he is going to get it hard, the crazy fool. Anyway, overall, i think it was a great episode.

  Watching how his evil mind works now he might try to hurt poor kid and may plan to kidnap Ansh. I am sure he will fail though. Btw what ever happened to that tauji, Prashant aunt? Where is she? Looks like she has packed her bags and gone for good. Not sure though as somebody has already mentioned that even mr. Dubey is MIA.

  I think that Prashant will win Ansh’s custody but Ansh will refuse and say that he wants to stay with Yash and Aarti, so the judge will change his decision.

By the way, we haven’t heard from “Prashant is the Pest” in a while, now he should change to Prashant is the beast.lol

Anyway folks, this is turning out to be quite an interesting turn of events. Lets see what happens, we all know in these serials things eventually turns out fine after a lot of twists and turns, that’s how it runs, but the evil ones are not always punished properly.

Prashant should suffer and no one not even Dubey ji should give him a second look.

these thing pleased me in 2day’s epi ya
1.yash came 2 know his papa’s real face
2.ansh solved not only yash’s game but also,his pbl(the cv told this indirectly 2 us)
3.duo felt their pain & so,aarti starts 2 console yash & she knew that her man is behind her always.this is a much +ve aspect of 2day’s epi friends.

i neglect prashant-shoba parts.

u know friends,this prashant is a jungle fox.4m starting,he never change.every1 will b helpless if they r suffering 4m a deadly disease.they need a support,so,he need that support by aarya & his parents.so,he think that he must pay his thanx 2 aarya by making yash realise his love 4 aarti.but now tym changes,as his health recovered,his body bcame perfect.so,his mind is free now & it started his work with his ugly face.but,the mom,she should b respected.but he crossed all the limits by hurting his own mother
he 4got that he came 2 this world thru her & she carried him in her womb.then how could he hurt his mother,even u didnt lyk her.

  Renu , I understand why you are upset . But Prashant is incapable of thinking good thoughts at this time . He has lost himself because of his self pity . He is a relatively weak character who has momentary strength because of Papa S’s support . Yash would have defeated him easily without Papa S’s intervention .

Go shoba ! go!!! Shoba is doing the right thing by standing up to her son and not supporting him in is his evil ways, but where is his dad whom one can suspect is partly responsible for his son’s dark character because he seemed to have indulged him where he should not have when he was growing up.
If the game Yash was playing typifies what we can expect to happen in the court then it seems that our little champion Ansh (that kid is so cute and talented could just eat him up) when things look foreboding for his parents would be the one to make an impassioned plea to the judge not to take him away from his ‘new papa’
Could see him giving a chronicle of all that Yash has done for him and letting the judge know in no uncertain terms “I love my papa.”
I cannot believe that none of Yash’s brothers have tried to intervene on his behalf – had the situation been reversed, Yash would certainly have said something to his dad by now. Pa S should feel ashamed that he has not allowed his sons to be men but grown-up little boys too insecure to have an opinion let alone express it.
Yash is proof that your environment doesn’t have to shape your mind and attitude to life but there is a stronger sense of right and wrong rooted deep inside.

Fully expect court scene to be a tear-jerker so tissues will be close at hand.

  Yes, that would be so great that Ansh explains what Yash did after the marriage and how Prashant left him before he was born. Also he should explain what he said at playground.
  And court rules in Yash and Aarti’s favor with no visitation right for Prashant.
  
  And Prashant then gets mad for losing his visitation rights and points finger at Suraj and says that Suraj who asked him to do all this in front of the court and entire his family. Exactly like the game!!!!

Pa S must realize that he cannot do wrong things and bully his family members just because he is the head of the household, it would be nice that he realizes the power of forgiveness and standing by those in trouble before Pari’s situation is revealed because if he continues in this current mode … Pari would be dead meat, Shla can you imagine him just kicking he to the curb, drawing up divorce papers and telling Prateik ‘Just sign these right now and don’t ever mention that girl’s name again.

  SJ dear , don’t get upset . I saw some good things in today’s episode . Keep faith .
  Afreesh , did you notice that Yash’s luck has started to favour him ? He was there at the right moment to find out exactly who he is up against . His finding of Papa S’s phone was Devine intervention .
  From yesterday’s episode , I have noticed a change in Aarti . She sat silently and listened whilst Yash handled the matter by the lawyer . She is trusting her man to uphold her rights . She is recognizing her need for human support . Her battles are no longer just her own , but can be shared with Yash .
  That scene where Ansh easily solved Yash’s game , is very significant . We saw the younger generation being able to solve the older generations problems . Yash allowed Ansh to guide him . Papa S is in need of similar guidance , but for now , his mind is closed towards change .
  Yash and Aarti are strengthening their bond as husband and wife . This punishment that Papa S meted out has indeed turned out to be their blessing .
  Amaica dear , I think that the fat witch flew away on her vacumn cleaner ! She wouldn’t fit on a broom . I wonder where she is ? I do not miss her , but it is good to know what evil is plotting . Maybe they thought that we would have an overload if they unleash all PV bad guys on us all at once . So far there has been no real reformation of bad characters . But , some that we assumed to be good , have leaned or fallen on the dark side .

  Yes Suni, I noticed…. from yesterday she didn’t open her mouth at any time and just watching what is her better half doing. That’s a positive changes from Arthi. Yash’s trust on his own people and also stranger (advocate) has been broken but he didn’t get shattered instead he faced the people with confidence & positive energy. He is learning his lesson

  Suni….it’s not his luck yaar….Yash’s conscience has guided him to know what is going on around him. When he received his dad’s phone & information from the bank manager, he didn’t doubt his dad as like as the old yash. AgaIn, his conscience guided him through Prashand’s call to doubt but he denied, Later it guided him by prashand’s message. Finally, he allowed his conscience to lead him then everything came to light…..fine…
  The main part I want to share is, the confrontation between yash & papa made me to cry when Yash cried. Did you see his expressions…..as like as a child he was looking at him wIth numerous questIons….Is it my dad who taught me the good values???….Is it my dad who loved me so much???…Is it my dad who offers me pain???…
  The mixure of feelings hurt, anger, attachment, expectation, confusion was on his face. When he wiped his tears he came to conclusion.
  Suni….Papa’s expressions is confusing me, there was too much pain in his eyes ….he admitted that he is going on wrong path to get success on his mission. He is not looking aggressive despite he was looking degraded.

  Afreesh , I still maintain that it is his luck . Yash is now being guided or supported by the universe , that Aarti depended upon so greatly before . There has been a shift between these two . Aarti now needs the support from Yash , her beginners luck has run out . Luck is something that favours the pure at heart Afreesh . Aarti , at first was very honest, but as we concluded before she became overconfident and pushed her luck too far . She is changing , however . Yash has never stood alone against the world in the way that Aarti did. She was never sure nor willing to trust people . Let us see if he starts praying alone soon, Afreesh . I think that he will face God for advice one of these days the way Aarti used to do .
  
  Papa S , I think , is very torn . He has a heart , unlike what some may think , but he sees the instability that Aarti’s misrepresentation has caused and may continue to cause if she remains there . He thinks that he has no other choice . In his mind he is doing what is right for his son , but his heart is trying to betray him and it shows on his face . To admit that he is wrong will expose him as being weak and how can a weak leader command the respect from the family ? I try to see things from the characters perspective . He is not inherently bad like Prashant , we saw his attempts to change, but I believe that something will open his eyes Afreesh , maybe not soon though . I have questions about the case , I am remembering the way Ansh fell off the bed when Yash wasn’t there to keep him from falling off . I am wondering where exactly these writers are going with this ….

  Suni…..If we observe closely every issues related to divorce has been conveyed by the PV team. First & foremost thing is insecurity, which has been delivered very clearly. Then, the main focus is the custody of the child, that is going to be resolved. Apart from those facts, the disgusting points where the sick minded people’s speech regarding the remarriage & caring of other’s child also delivered through Prashand. He told to Arthi that she got married to yash for money & good status , and today he insulted Yash’s affection towards Ansh by indicating gender. I didn’t know what else are remaining.
  Suni…..Yash & Arthi didn’t open their mouth to Ansh against Prashand. I think, there could be message on this point too……if you give your child the pure & perfect love, there is no need to worry about the child security. Ansh didn’t have any idea until he reach the court….let’s see what he does

What if the bangles and mechanic and muffler truth come out to discredit Aarti’s character ? Prashant saved Aarti in Lalitput and Ansh was a witness to his actions . This court case will not be a simple matter .
  In divorce matters all dirty laundry are aired in public . How can Papa S bear this public humiliation ? He is very adamant about getting Aarti out of Yash’s life , even if he has to dirty his image a little to do so .

Suraj has made a pact with the devil(Prashant). That’s not going to go well, truth will triumph over evil. Yash and Aarti will win with Shoba’s help and Suraj will have egg on his face.
A supposedly upright and respectable man stooping to such evil methods to get his son back and destroy his daughter-in-law. Is he expecting his son to be happy and proud of him.

  i think hes testing arti and yash relationship..i guess we have to wait n see. I cant imagine a father going against his own son just to win his son back. Makes no sense. How can a son come back to him willingly after knowing he destroyed his marriage and family. Suraj is being selfish, he forgets that arti has been a mother to his grandkids and a wife to his son. So what if she made a mistake in her past. Its not something she hid voluntarily. anyways..lets see what will play out
