Kadambari tells Radha it is time that they both join hands against that fake Tulsi, she raises her hand asking Radha if she will join hands, Radha replies that Kadmabari is ready to against that fake for the sake of money wealth and power but not for her Mohan jee and Gungun. Kadambari warns Radha to remain quiet explaining it is not the time to argue but they both should work together and throw out of the house, Radha replies she does not need the help of anyone who tries to ruin their own family nor the murderer of Tulsi, she vows to protect her own family from that fake Tulsi and even her. Kadambari angrily forces Radha to turn saying she is among those who fight a far war but Tulsi is like her, Kadambari accepts that Radha does not need her help but a time would come when she will need her help, Radha leaves but Kadambari is worried.

Mohan along with the remaining Trivedi family are standing while the doctor is giving the instructions to them, Radha holds the Mangal Sutur vowing to bring the truth about that fake Tulsi in front of everyone, she walks into the room where Tulsi is being treated, she is still unconscious. Radha says she is not hurt but is giving a lot of pain to Mohan jee by being here as he is feeling guilty, Radha angrily demands that she should wake up, she then slowly starts walking close to stand in front of fake Tulsi who suddenly opens her eyes shocking Radha. Tulsi taking off the mask sits on the bed, she smiles looking at Radha how did she like her act as it seems natural, she asks Radha to sit explaining she knows it is very natural otherwise Mohan would have surely taken her life but now he is sitting outside crying, thinking it all happened because of him so he is feeling guilty. Tulsi says she is a very good actress, Radha is furious.

The doctor tells Tulsi has seen Mohan with his wife, when he had mentioned Tulsi je cannot bear any stress but if this goes on then they would surely lose Tulsi, Mohan along with Gungun and everyone request him to not talk like this, the doctor says if they cannot take care of her then should send her back to their hospital as she would be treated there, Mohan promises to the doctor how they would not make even a single mistake, Gungun also promises to take care of her mother and not let anything bad happen to her, Mohan starts looking for Radha and gets worried.

Tulsi tells that Mohan would just take the name of Tulsi beside Radha as he is very guilty, Tulsi says Radha was very interested in doing it but with just one performance she forced Mohan to walk around her, Tulsi says she knows that they should clap for her performance and even forces Radha who gets angry at her, Tulsi starts laughing saying she forgot that Radha does not know how to clap but only slap and she says Radha would never forget the slap from the kitchen. Tulsi asks what is Radha going to do now explaining she cannot do anything, Radha laughs at Tulsi saying Rawan, Dhuriodhan used to think that no one can defeat them but they were also defeated and even Tulsi will be defeated, Radha says today Tulsi bribed the doctor but she will bring a good doctor and reveal her secret when on that day Tulsi will lose and she will clap, Tulsi immediately says she got very scared but laughing explains that Radha should not enjoy such a small win, when she just got the Mangal Sutur but Tulsi owns Mohan, Radha replies she will always be the one for Mohan, Tulsi asks how can she tell her that Mohan has gone away from Radha but come close to her, she asks if Radha cannot believe it and she says she will prove something after which Mohan will throw Radha out of this hospital and very soon he will even throw Radha out of his life. Radha smiles saying it can never happen.

Tulsi suddenly staring at Radha slowly starts walking back and going to the tray picks the scissors, Radha is shocked as Tulsi them all on the floor, she then picks the second tray which she also throws on the floor, Radha asks what is she doing asking if she got mad but Tulsi then starts thrashing the room and yells asking Radha what is she doing and should leave her but Radha demands she should stop the drama, Tulsi then forces Radha to hold her neck after which she starts screaming, Mohan along with the entire Trivedi family rush into the room, Mohan asks what is going on in the room and asks if they both have gotten mad. Tulsi while crying says Radha came here to kill her, Mohan says Tulsi might be mistaken as Radha can never harm anyone, Tulsi blames Radha for trying to kill her but Radha says she is lying, Tulsi even pushes Mohan away saying he does not belong to her. She says Radha snatched him when she was not around and is just an opportunist, who steals the husbands of other people so is a characterless women, Kaveri is smiling.

Tulsi asks if Radha is not ashamed to be with the husbands of other women and how did she perform the rituals with her husband, Tulsi wonders why did she not die before witnessing it, Mohan says it was all an act but Radha furiously informs it was all true and she is the wife of Mohan while Tulsi just an outsider, Tulsi once again blames Radha for tying to kill her but Radha replies she is a liar, Tulsi demands Radha should be thrown out of the room, Radha replies Tulsi will be thrown out as she is a liar and fake. Kadambari yells at them both saying they should be quiet, she asks what are they both doing and she says it is all happening due to Mohan and they both are fighting only for him and his love, now there is only one way to end the fight, she tells Mohan that he needs to tell Tulsi about the biggest truth of his life. Mohan tries to refuse it, Kadambari replies that it would end the misconception of Tulsi while the respect of Radha would remain the same and it is very important for Tulsi to know the relation of Mohan and Radha, she says Mohan has to tell what did Tulsi see and the reason for it, Tulsi asks Mohan what is Maa saying, kadambari informs Mohan has to tell Tulsi the reason he was with Radha so late at night and she feels that she has a right over them all, why does Gungun call her Ramaa.
