Mohan asks Radha to sit in the car as they have to take Manan to the hospital, he asks Radha to not cry assuring he has come so would not let anything happen to anyone and demands her to sit in the car, Radha sits beside Manan at the back seat assuring nothing is going to happen to Manan as his mother has arrived, Gungun thinks no matter how hard she tries they both have met and Ajeet uncle said it correctly that it is not in her hands to stop them and now Manan would be fine, Yug hits Gungun and drops the bag, when the knife comes out of it, Gungun questions when did he come here, Yug says that her father called him to come here to search for Manan, then Gungun questions what does he have in the bag, Yug thinks that Mohan has a habit of trying to be close to him while even his daughter is like a detective. The guard comes questioning what are they doing here, Gungun tells him that they found the child named Manan hearing which he gets excited so Yug questions Gungun if they found Manan, Gungun replies that mummy papa took him to the hospital so Yug asks what does she mean by mummy papa, Gun says she meant her father and his mother took him, Yug stats limping when Gungun asks the reason for it, he replies he fell while searching for Manan and so should he not even limp when he leaves thinking he is even going to take care of Gungun along with her father.
Mohan places Manan on the stretcher calling the doctor but he is busy talking so Mohan angrily holds him the collar questioning what is he doing standing here when the life of his son is in danger, Mohan realizes his mistake so apologies to the doctor who asks the ward boy to take the boy to the operation theater, when the doctor stops both Mohan and Radha from entering the OT while asking about the blood group, Radha says it is O negative, Mohan thinks Manan has the same blood group, he keeps recalling all of the beautiful moments he had spent with Manan and how he felt a connection with him, while even he thinks that the blood group would be a match as Manan is his son. Radha starts requesting to Ba Kai Bihari jee that her son Manan should remain fine since a lot of blood has been spilled but Mohan asks her to sit down while bringing water but she refuses at first so he then forces her to drink it, Mohan assures nothing is going to happen to Manan when the nurse comes asking if they are the parents, Mohan then fills the form while Radha is still shocked, he keeps consoling her.
Ketki is not able to believe it, Gungun says that papa and Radha have seen each other so they took Manan to the hospital and now she is also going there while Ketki must not be worried if anything happens to Manan since when both Radha Mohan are together then they are hit, Ketki gets worried thinking what is going to happen when Ajeet asks why is she worried. Kadambari standing at the balcony thinks that she made a mistake by standing in front of Radha as she is now going to tell it to Mohan, she questions if Ba Kai Bihari jee has made up his mind to ruin her.
Ajeet tells Ketki he is sure there would be something good if Radha and Mohan have met, Meera asks what do they mean when Ketki tells her she has something important to inform her.
Mohan and Radha are waiting when the doctor comes out so Mohan asks how is Manan, the doctor replies he is fine but they need the blood however it is not in their blood bank since the blood group is very rare but Mohan says he is going to give the blood so the nurse takes him.
Ketki, Ajeet along with Gungun and Meera enter the room when Ketki asks about the blood so Mohan says he is giving it to his own son meaning Manan, Mohan informs that Manan is the son of Radha and himself, he was not able to recognize Manan when he is the one who taught him how to play cricket, and even ride a bicycle. Mohan informs he felt something strange when Manan kissed him for the first time but could not understand it, Ketki tells Mohan that Manan is not his son, he asks what is she saying so ketki says Manan is the son of Radha and Yug but Mohan starts arguing with Ketki, who says that Radha came to tell them the truth by herself. Mohan is stunned hearing it, he asks Ketki knew that Radhika is actually Radha, Mohan feels shocked thinking about when Gungun questioned why did she send him the flowers and should romance with her husband while she even refused to purchase the house, he says he understood why they both were stopping him from purchasing it and Gungun caused such big drama, just because he could not meet Radha. Mohan asks why did they do it, Gungun replies they did not want to see him in pain, Ketki says that even if Mohan is still waiting for Radha but she has moved on and she has forgotten him a long time ago which is why she has a new family and even became a mother, Mohan refuses to accept that Radha does not love him and says Manan is his son. Ketki requests Mohan to accept the truth but Mohan replies she lied to them all and when he will talk to her she is not going to lie. The nurse comes to take out the blood bag but Mohan says it is very less blood so the nurse assures they would manage, Gungun asks where is he going, he replies he is going to meet Radha. Meera keeps crying after finding out the truth.
Radha is constantly standing outside the OT, she thinks she would not be able to lie to Mohan jee and feels he has understood that Manan is his son, so she wonders what can she do now when she lied to everyone but how would she be able to lie after looking at his eyes, Radha thinks she cannot lie to Mohan jee, Radha turns back while still being very worried.
Radha is sitting on the chair, when someone places the hand on her shoulder, Gungun wonders what would happen when papa talks to Radha, Ajeet says he told her but she asks him to stay quiet.
Radha is looking at Mohan when she prays to Ba Kai Bihari jee that Mohan jee does not ask her if Manan is his son, she keeps looking at him.
Precap: Mohan says to Radha, Manan’s father gave his blood now nothing can happen to him. Radha says you are right nothing will happen to him and takes him to a room where Yug is already giving his blood and says his father will not let him die. Mohan says Manan is my son. Radha shouts he is not your child his parents are me and my husband Yug. Mohan says you are lying I know you still love me. Radha says I don’t love you.
