Radha asks Manan to only think about the good things that make him smile, Manan starts thinking of when uncle M taught him that one who learns to get up even after falling, Radha asks if it was his father who taught him this, Manan replies it was Uncle M, Radha then asks him to rest while she will bring water for him, she sees Gungun standing at the door so gets a bit worried but then Gungun comes to stand in front of her calling her Ramaa that just as she came into her life, then papa is also coming in the life of Manan, she is the one who made her strong while Papa is teaching Manan and he is surely going to become strong. Radha tells Gungun it is enough as she is just going to increase her troubles but talking about all these things, an she said that Manan is not the son of Mr Trivedi while there is no relation between them both, Radha tries to leave however Gungun stops her while hodling her hand, she is shocked seeing Yug standing at the door who says it is feeling as if the mother and daughter have met again, he slowly starts walking towards them while coming to stand in front of Radhika who wonders if he has heard the words of Gungun, Yug says that the doctor said they can go back home where they will enjoy, Yug mentions they are going to celebrate a lot but he suddenly feels a lot of pain when Radhika asks if he is ffine so Yug runs out of the room to go into the bathroom, he is feeling pain when Radhika calls Garv who comes running so Radhika sends Garv to go and call the doctor.

The doctor asks Yug to take deep breaths when he questions what had happened to him, the nurse is about to reveal the truth but then Yug says she might not have placed it properly, the doctor says that Yug is not well and might be dehydrated so they must keep him under observation. Yug replies his son is being discharged and he wants to spend sometime with his wife so will go back home but Radhika refuses saying he is going to stay here since they worry about his health, Garv says he is going to stay here with Yug bhai, Manan suddenly coughs when Radhika runs to bring water for Manan whom she helps to rink. Yug starts staring at the doctor and nurse thinking they both are trying to become hero and he is feeling like performing such an operation that they forget everything, Gungun gets shocked asking what did he just say when he asks why is she looking at him so angrily. Yug says he was just joking and asks the doctor if he felt bad, Gungun replies Yug jokes as if he is telling the truth. The doctor asks Yug to come with them to the other ward where they have to perform a lot of the tests.

Punam and Dadi also come when she wonders what happened to Yug, Gungun keeps staring at his feet when he asks if she is checking out his shoes as he likes white shoes, Yug says she can go back home and he has Garv by his side so Gungun leaves.

Mohan is walking while Dadi keeps trying to stop him saying he should not do it since the life of Radha has filled with happiness after a lot of struggle, she even makes him swear on the life of Gungun.

Radhika is helping Manan along with Punam and Dadi, Ajeet comes to hug him tightly along with Meera, Pari jee sees Mohan coming so explains that Yug is not well and Garv is sitting with him there while even Radhika is not so well that she can drive so can he do them a favour by dropping them back at the house. Mohan agrees saying he can do anything for family while turning to Radha says he meant her family, Dadi is also glad seeing Manan so tells that she will leave, Dadi while hugging Radha informs her about how Mohan said he will surely make Radha an Manan his own but she fears he might tell Yug the entire truth. Radha replies he would not do it since he is not their enemy, and he never did anything purposefully, so Dadi must not be worried.

Radhika then asks Manan if they can go back home so kneels to pick him up but she is not able to do it as Manan is very heavy, Mohan offers to help them while Radha keeps staring at him but then Mohan picks Manan who is still holding the hand of Radha, Mohan asks if they can leave and starts walking ahead but stops when he realizes Manan is still holding the hand, both Mohan and Manan start looking at Radha who is just standing there. Meera walks away as she can no longer bear it. Dadi is worried.

Yug is trying to clear his noise when he sees Mohan walking holding Manan while Radhika is following him along with the entire family, Yug says that Mohan and his daughter have ruined his life, he wonders what was he doing by selling the house to him because if he desires then would take the entire family to his house after calling them his own.

Mohan is walking holding Manan with a smile on his face followed by the entire family, Meera reaches the car but sees how Mohan walked past her without even looking at her, Ketki asks Pari jee to go while they will come with Meera. Mohan goes to unlock the car asking Radha who then calls Manan saying she is sitting at the back seat while he can sit on her lap. Pari Dadi asks Radhika to sit in the front seat where she will be comfortable, Mohan agrees with her, he then walks to the passenger side where Radhika sits and he helps Manan sit on her lap. Radhika angrily keeps looking at Mohan who is not able to stop staring at her, Meera gets a bit worried noticing them and even Punam realizes there is something wrong.

Manan says Uncle M was in the school and is now even in the hospital so is right to say that they have a connection, Mohan says Manan can even tell the same thing to his mother, Meera keeps looking at them while Mohan leaves and she starts crying.

Mohan is driving the car while Gungun is sitting with Pari jee and Punam at the back seat, Radhika turns to look at Mohan before looking at the other direction, Mohan gets a bit furious thinking how he got close to Radha the first time and spent such a beautiful time with her. Manan suddenly coughs when Mohan gets worried for him along with everyone else who are sitting in the car, Radhika holds him close to herself. MOhan stops the car in the parking area before coming out to help Radhika as he picks Mohan in his arms, Pari jee thanks Mohan for his help, he replies what is the need for thank you as Manan is his son, they all are shocked.
