Scene 1
Damayanthi gives Purnima prasad. She says it’s my dad’s birthday today so I kept a pooja for him like every year. Purnima goes home and makes Prasad too. Chacha gets a call the Chiragh is released. He tells Raj you’re your wife’s slave. Gururaj asks who gave her permission to get into our family matters. Raj says she’s wife. I gave her that right, even if you don’t like it. Sumitra stops Raj. Raj says she was the one who was attacked, she thinks Chiragh didn’t attack her. Gururaj says this was left to see. Pandits come in. Gururaj says Sumitra you didn’t tell me they were coming? She says I didn’t. Purnima says I called them dad. He says don’t call me dad. And who gave you the right to make this decision? She said it was dada ji’s birthday so I kept a pooja. Purnima follows Shaina. She puts a snake outside. The snake goes towards Gururaj and is about to bite him. Raj saves him and the snake bites him instead. Everyone screams and panics. Raj says the snake was about to bite Dad. Gururaj says so you risked your life? Shaina says to call the ambulance. Purnima says nothing would happen. Raj is totally fine. Gururaj says he’s bitten by a snake. Purnima says Raj is totally fine. This snake is venomous. Sumitra says how do you know? She says because I brought it. Shaina said see what she wanted to do. She wants to kill Raj. She brought a snake into this house. Shaina says let’s go to the hospital. Raj says no I am fine. Sumitra says are you crazy? Purnima picks the snake. Scene 3
Raj and Purnima look in the trashcans. They try to find proof. They find the order receipt from the restaurant. Shaina hears them talking. Raj calls the restaurant. No one picks. Raj says I should go and ask. Shaina says I have to stop Raj. A man delivers some chemicals to Shaina. She leaves it in Purnima’s room. She mixes it in the bathtub. It’s acid.
