Neel is beating Shrikant, Vyas je asks the reason, Neel replies that he is the danger which was roaming around Chahat, she comes to separate Neel asking what is he doing, he hugs her but she pushes him away, Vyas je asks what is she doing as he is Neel, Chahat questions who is he.
Some time earlier the friend Ritika asks him to look at the person closely because no one was even ready to talk with him but only Chahat was always standing there to support him, Neel asks for the ipad and runs the app, he realizes that Shrikant is actually Zain Siddique, he recalls every time when Chahat was in trouble Zain was somewhere near her, he rushes towards the room, Zain exclaims now Chahat would only get his love, he leans towards her to kiss her when Neel opens the door, he takes Zain by the neck, calling his name mentions that it is him because of whom, the problems came into their house and his wife is in this condition, Neel pulls Zain to the main hall where he starts beating him, Vyas je comes asking why is Neel beating Shrikant, he replies his name is Zain Siddique who studied with Chahat in her collage and tried to fight for her, Zain mentions she was in danger because of them as after marrying a Non-Muslim she was about to burn in the fire of hell, he is going to take her far away from this place, he will start a new life with her ending any thing that comes in their way, he starts beating Neel and even hits him with a metal tray, they both are fighting while the children are not able to bear it, Neel warns him to not take the name of Chahat form his mouth, Chahat wakes up in the room.
She starts panicking so walks out of the room, seeing the fight she is tensed so calls Neel but when he doesnot stop she comes to him demanding that he leave him, she pushes Neel away asking what is he doing if he is mad, explains it is a hospital so they should maintain some distance, Neel exclaims she has woken up so hugs her, Chahat feels uncomfortable so hearing that Neel mentions he would not leave her side and will stay with her. Chahat pushing him away explains he must not stay away from her, she asks how does he know her name, Vyas je questions what is she saying, Chahat asks what is he saying, Vyas je asks what has happened as he is Neelkand, she asks who is he and them, how do they all know her, she pointing to Neel mentions he is a disrespectful person who is hugging an unknown girl, he doesnot know who he has messed with as her name is Dr Chahat Rahil Baig, she will teach him a lesson, Neel asks if she is not recognizing him, Chahat questions if he is the president of USA whom everyone should know, Zain thinks it is for the better that Chahat has gotten amnesia because of the injury so she doesnot remember those people he is trying to take her away from.
Neel rushes to Zain asking what medicine has he given Chahat that she doesnot remember him, he standing infront of Chahat explains he is Zain Siddique because of whom she is in such a condition, Chahat turns to Zain seeing him she starts smiling, Chahat asks how much has he changed that he has lost weight, she exclaims it is really good to see him, Chahat turning to Neel asks if he siaud she would be in trouble because of him as some time ago she saved him from ragging near the canteen, Zain thanks her, she explains the nurse of the night shift told her, he used to call her as a fairy.
Neel asks Chahat what is she doing because Zain is the reason for her problems, she must remember Vyas je and her children, Chahat questions what children and Bopho, she apologizes saying she has not seen them before, she asks everyone to tell her what happened, Zain replies that he doesnot them, Neel is worried asking what has happened to her, Chahat turning exclaims she is not from a Hindu family and is really a Muslim, Chahat brings Ghazala asking what is she doing and should tell them, she asks where is Baba as she needs to talk with him, she in a state of confusion asks what is happening, she starts having a headache and is about to fall, Neel catches her, the doctor comes running ordering the ward boy to place her in the wheel chair.
Neel and Vyas jee ask the doctor what has happened, he replies they would know the truth after the tests, Shlok and Dua ask what has happened to Maa, if she would be alright, Neel replies that she would have to be fine for the sake of their family, he asks Bopho to take them back home, he asks Vyas je what is happening as they should consult the doctor, Zain signals Ghazala to not worry.
Neel is with Vyas je when the doctor explains that because of the head injury there was a clot in her brain so she doesnot remember the last few years of her life, she doesnot know her father is dead, Neel is not able to control himself so asks the doctor to do all he can for Chahat as she is his wife, the doctor replies even when the medical science has progressed there is no treatment for such an injury, he must not pressurize her to the extent that she starts getting seizures, Neel questions god if this is a test and prays that Chahat pass this test, Vyas je getting up hugs Neel.
Ghazala exclaims she is glad Chahat doesnot remember any thing from her present life, she vows that she will not let her go live with Neel, Zain assures nothing of the sort would happen as now the only person in Chahat’s life is Zain.
Chahat is lying on the bed, Neel comes to her, she gets worried asking why is he still coming to her when she doesnot know who the children are and even the Baba, Neel tries to make her listen showing the necklace which ahs there photo, he sits with her holding her from her shoulder she starts remembering when she gave him the necklace explaining she would always come back when he misses her, Neel asks if she remembers anything explaining this is also a problem which they will win, Chahat throws the necklace away asking him to not make up stories as the necklaces are available in the market for hundred rupees, Neel reasons with her to not seta price of there love, Chahat starts getting angry, throwing away the things, he explains he is not touching her she is however not able to calm down, so the doctor comes and injects her so she gets unconscious, he asks Vyas je and Neel to come with him.
Neel standing recalls the time when Chahat saved Dua from the fire and got hurt in the head, he starts weeping so is not able to control himself, he is just standing there crying.
