Sasural Genda Phool 20th January 2011 Written Update
Morning
Raunak’s house
In short … Raunak, who at one time was a professional for whom any company would pay more for is now somebody whom they avoid by saying they are in a meeting and abruptly disconnecting the phone. His mother, standing there, declares how wretched these company professionals are hands him a medicine. Panna comes carrying her bag and announces that she has brought medicines for her father in law and now is off to school. Quite predictably, her mother-in-law declares her not liking Panna’s doings … Raunak is not well and she has to go to work! Panna checks Raunak’s forehead and asks raunak to go to the doctor before having any medicine. She then leaves. Raunak remembers the time when she had said that she doesn’t feel the love for him anymore. He tells off his mother as soon as she was starting again on her “Panna-is-not-right-for-my-son” epic.
Kashyap house
Ishaan is ready for office. Suhana is looking for Sonali to tell her that they were going out for dinner the night. They cannot find her. Rajini and Disha bhabhis tell her that Sona is gone. They are shocked.
Suhana reads a letter that is left by Sona where she apologizes for not telling before going. She has also told certain specific things to Ishaan and Suhana.
Ishaan thinks about them while riding his scooter to office. ‘You will have to express your love for her”
To Suhana she writes “Ishaan loves you a lot … but he doesn’t know how to say them … read his silence”
Radha Bua and Badi Ma in another room
They are talking about the plan that worked. Just then Suhana enters and hears about the plan. They have to now tell her. Suhana asks why coudn’t they just tell her. They try to make her understand that she would not have understood. Such sensitive things can only be understood through somebody else. Radha Bua gives the example of Suhana bringing Deepak and her together. Suhana’s mind turns towards how Deepak was. She says that now she is Deepak’s badi bhabhi. Radha Bua corrects her saying that Rajni was ‘badi bhabhi’, Disha was ‘majhli bhabhi’ and she was ‘chhoti bhabhi’. Suhana doesn’t know what “Majhli bhabhi” means. Radha Bua and Badi Ma look at each other exasperated. Suhana decides to leave the meaning game and settles for ‘chhoti bhabhi’ … “main chhoti mein happy hoon”
They decide to call Deepak.
Deepak, at that time was buying a gun from the shopkeeper of “Manish general store” when he gets a call. Seeing the person calling he puts the gun down.
Ma calling …. she tells her there is somebody who wants to talk to you. Suhana “Baj” Kashyap!! Hearing his scared voice asks where he was. Suhana asks him did her have a gf …. if you do… tell me… I’ll set it up with bua …..
Radha bua then takes the phone and while Suhana is in the other side of the room, quietly asks if sudhir called or not. Deepak does not tell her anything.

Ishaan announces that “Ishaan Kashyap and Suhana Kashyap” are going to Honeymoon!
