Reema and Vivaan discuss about holiday. Reema forbids Viaan from saying about their plan for holiday. Riyansh says Doctor Ghatak have called him and Simar was there in his clinic for quering about Ishita’s pregnancy. Ishita asks Riyansh and Chitra to chill. Ishita breaks a picture of Simar and then suddenly Simar enters the room.
Simar says that she knows about Ishita’s false pregnancy drama. Simar says that why Ishita cannot sees her goodness, instead she is continuously trying to take revenge against her. Ishita doesn’t even look guilty infact she looks very confident. Chitra tries to show the false report to Simar but she denies.Simar asks Chitra why she is even taking part in all these drama?
Simar threatenes her that she will expose her in front of the family and as Simar tries to leave the room Chitra asks her, she must have mistaken. But Simar says that she have seen Riyansh giving money to the doctor. Chitra and Riyansg look nervous but Ishita doesnot. She asks Chitra to relax and suddenly grabs Simar hand and starts shouting “leave my hand Simar Bhabi”. Simar looks astonished as she is not holding her hand in anyway infact Ishita is pulling her hand out of the room.
Reema looks emotional as she is leaving the Oswal’s. She feels guilty as she is using Vivaan to fulfill her dream. Every good memories related to Oswal’s keep flashing in front of her eyes. But somehow she manages to leave. They suddenly meets Araav there. Viaan lies to him that he is going for a romantic movie. Aarav says all the best to them. Viaan feels very guilty. But they leave by the car.
As Simar finally leaves the room, Ishita grabs her hand tightly pulls Simar out of the corridor and steps toward the staircase. Simar looks astonished. Everyone misunderstoods the situation from downstair as Ishita keeps saying ” Simar bhabi leave my hand”( She asks Simar to leave her hand) . Simar herself looks confused with the whole matter. Then Ishita suddenly pulls herself toward downstrair and falls from half way of the stairs.
Simar tries to save her but she fails. Ishita hits the ground and dramatically keeps shouting that she had hurted badly. She asks Riyansh what will happen to their baby? Riyansh and everyone tries to calm her down. Badima and others look very worried. Chitra accuses and threatens Simar. Simar tries to give a glass of water to Ishita but Badima throughs her hand aside. Simar looks heart broken. Badima asks to call ambulance. Gajendra and Giriraj call no hu for the ambulance. As the ambulance arrived everyone leave in hurry taking Ishita. Simar tries to come with them but Badima forbids her. She says its her mistake that she gave to so much of imporatant duties to Simar. But from now she is freeing Simar from any duty related to Ishita and her baby. Simar tries to prove herself clear but Badima denies to listen to her and leaves. Araav comes and tries to clam Simar down. He says that he trust Simar and he will support her in everypossible way. Simar says Araav about Ishita’s false pregnancy. She promises that she will not let Ishita play the emotion of Badima and others. She will expose her at any cost.
Kavya is in hospital bed, asking Simar and Araav to save her and her baby. She keeps requesting Simar to save her and Riyansh’s baby and cries holding Ishita’s hand.
