The Episode starts with Dadi and Savitri searching for ancestral necklace in Gayatri’s room. Gayatri says she already told that she can never do such act. Savitri says we searched in the room as we were searching in the house. As they leave, Vaidehi tells that she has hidden the necklace to such a place that even their children can’t find out. Dadi hears her and smiles.

Isha feels bad for Veer. They see Sanchi sitting sad and asks why she is looking dull as if that one vote had decided Veer’s fate. Pragya says exactly. Sanchi looks sad. Isha and pragya understand that she gave vote to Dr. kabir. Pragya reminds her of the promise. Sanchi says hospital future depend on it. Isha tells pragya that Isha is feeling guilty. She sees Dr. Kabir and Veer standing at opposite sides.

Dr.
Kabir asks Sanchi to read the file and says this case is very complicated. Sanchi takes a sigh of relief. Dr. Kabir asks Pragya to come to meet Neeta Malhotra. Veer thinks whenever he needs Sanchi, Dr. Kabir takes her.

Neeta tells Dr. Malhotra that their hospital is in loss and shares her plan to make it profitable. Dr. Malhotra asks her to go for it. Neeta meets Dr. Kabir and Pragya and asks what they thought of. Pragya says we want to change HR policy. Neeta says we soon I need your help and asks Pragya to make more charity money. She asks Dr. Kabir to call VIP patients and asks them to give more charity. Dr. Kabir says I am surgerydept head and not your puppet. Neeta says ok and thinks to control Dr. Kabir.

Sanket brings dog and tells that his friend went out of city that’s why requested him to keep the dog. Vikrant says ok, I love dogs and asks him to come.

Kusum talks to Dr. Kabir and says you might have won because of Sanchi’s vote. Dr. kabir says Sanchi must have voted for Veer and he also trusts his friend. Dr. kabir says he will find out. He sees Nurse taking ballot box and stops her. He opens the box and sees his name on Sanchi’s chit. He gets happy and thinks I knew it, Sanchi has voted for me. Nurse comes and takes back the ballot box. Dr. kabir gets happy. Veer comes to the record room and thinks to check. Sanchi comes and then goes. Veer checks the votes and thinks who is so much clever.

Veer takes Sanchi to side and asks her to tell to whom she has vote. Sanchi gets tensed.
