The Episode starts with Alia talking to Sarangdhar on call and asks if Amma liked Mumbai. Sarangdhar says yes, she is more happy with her bahu. He says she made his anger go away. Alia asks why? She says you was angry twice on me and I didn’t know. She says I will permit you to say cheesy lines. Sarangdhar tells that he used to get strange dreams when he joined DDS and tells that he had seen in his dream that she came to his house to do background check on him. Brij Mohan says Sarangdhar is not a writer. Sarangdhar says he is working for Mathura times since 5 times. Brij Mohan asks Pavan to say what he read written by Sarangdhar. Pavan says he felt sleepy reading it. Kamleshwari keeps snacks and asks Alia to give him job. She says she feeds him with her hand. Alia says she can’t give job to such guy. Kusum asks Alia to give her job. Brij Mohan says woman don’t deserve to do job outside. Alia gets up and asks him to give respect to the woman, even if they work in the house or in the office. She says she can’t stay in jail like home. Sarangdhar thanks her for the job. Alia refuses to give him job. She says she wants to win championship with her best team, you are never going to fit in her company. She says she hires her. fb ends…Alia says you used to see such dreams. Sarangdhar says she has involved everyone in her life so beautifully. He promises to keep both personal and professional lives separately. He says I can do this for you. Alia asks if I don’t give you time, then will not you get upset. He says no. Alia says good night and ends the call.
Next day, Alia sits in her car. Elaichi asks her to drop her to shopping place. Alia says she will book a cab for her. Elaichi says if she lost the way. Alia says she will take her to some other day. Faheem asks Param, why Sarangdhar has 5 projects in hand and he has just 2. Param gives clarification that the clients wants Sarangdhar as you takes much time to write. Faheem says there is something going on between them. Alia and Sarangdhar come to the office. Faheem comes to Sarangdhar’s laptop and deletes the presentation. Mala gives presentation to her client and he likes it. Alia asks Rahul, where is Sarangdhar. Sarangdhar checks for his presentation and finds the final invite missing. Rahul comes to Sarangdhar and finds the presentation missing. Alia comes out and asks Sarangdhar to tell the final invite. Sarangdhar says the presentation was missing from his laptop.
Alia asks him to relax and says you must have sent to Rahul. Sarangdhar says that was old one, you had rejected it. Then I rewrote it again, but it is missing. Alia worries as Mr. Thakur is waiting. Mr. Thakur says I will go, I can’t wait longer. Mala goes to Alia and says Mr. Thakur wants to leave. Param goes to Sarangdhar and asks him to give an answer. Alia says we don’t have a talk. Alia tells that she will tell Mr. Thakur that the presentation is not ready and they will mail him in the evening. Sarangdhar tells Alia that he will read out the presentation. He tells the poetry. Mr. Thakur tells that the poetry is good, but he believes that they can’t send the gift, invites and etc will be late. Alia says the cost will be 40 lakhs. Mr. Thakur says I thought it is 50 lakhs. Alia asks Param if he shared the wrong price.
Faheem says Sarangdhar has done a big mistake, I hope you are firing him. Alia says sometimes mistakes do happen, but Sarangdhar has covered up. Faheem says you should fire him. Alia says I am the boss and will decide, if you have any problem then talk to HR. Faheem says you have given 20 percent discount to Mr. Thakur because of him. Alia says it is Param and my matter. Kamleshwari praises Alia infront of Kusum. Kusum says you are praising her so much. Kamleshwari asks are you jealous. Kusum says even she likes Alia. She asks can I go to office, Alia will scold me. Kamleshwari says Alia is not like that. Kusum thinks she will be late today. Rahul says we shall sit and talk. Faheem says if we have done the same mistake then she would have fired us. He says she had fired Manju too. He says Sarangdhar doesn’t know how to comb his hair and was a office runner like chote lal. Why he is getting such special treatment. Alia says I am not giving any preference to Sarangdhar and says if they have lost the project then she would have talked to him. She says when you had asked me so many personal questions, I want to tell you that Sarangdhar is special to me, my personal life. She says we love each other and will be marrying soon. Param and Faheem gets shocked.
