Tanvi Thakkar to play a ‘glam vamp’ in Sony TV’s Humsafars

The comeback vehicle of Harshad Chopda, Humsafars (4 Lions Films) on Sony Entertainment Television is creating quite a buzz in the television industry. After roping in popular names like Vibha Chibber, Madhumalti Kapoor, Sehban Azim and Deepak Chadha, the makers have added another talented face to the promising ensemble.

Who are we talking about?

Well, Humsafars will see pretty and perky Tanvi Thakkar playing a glamourous vamp in the show. Portraying the role of Harshad’s bhabhi Anam, Tanvi will be seen as a modern bahu who apart from handling household duties will also be supporting Harshad in the family business.

The show will have a backdrop of a fashion house empire and Tanvi will be seen heading it. Being a strong business woman she will be seen in a fashionable avatar and will don some interesting costumes.

When we buzzed Tanvi she shared, “Yes, I am part of the serial but cannot divulge anything on it. All I can say is that it’s a very interesting character and the show too will be a great treat for viewers. After Nandini, it’s a pleasure to work with Sony TV again.”

The shooting for the show has already begun and the promos will hit screens soon. Humsafars will go on air sometime next month
