Tanya Gupta to play a househelp in Sony TV’s Chhanchhan

Tanya Gupta comes in as Jigubai to pacify Umaben so that Manav and Chhanchhan’s wedding doesn’t turn chaotic.

Tanya Gupta who was seen in CID on Sony TV doing an episodic, will now be seen in Chhanchhan on Sony TV doing a cameo. She will be seen as Jigu, the maid at Manav’s (Farhan Khan)house.

Our source informs us, “As it is Manav and Chhanhhan’s (Sanaya Irani) wedding there are celebrations in the house. There is lots of dance, drama and masti because of various rituals happening.

Then there comes Jigu bai who comes in to help in Manav’s wedding so that things go smooth. She will also pacify Uma Ben (Supriya Pathak) to some extent so that the marriage goes on smoothly.”

When asked Tanya about her entry she said ,”Yes I am playing a maid who will actually help Uma Ben so that she doesn’t ruin the marriage. It’s a nice role to play as the track is very important in the show.”
Her entry will be telecast next week.
