Tapasya to make a comeback in Uttaran in a fresh and dhamakedaar avatar

In an interview to a publication today, Rashmi Desai confirmed that she is going to make a comeback in Uttaran (FilmFarm Productions). The news is very true and here we get you some dope on what her character will be like this time down the line.

Rashmi, who was earlier seen in the show as Tapasya, had quit the project as she was to get married to Nandish Sandhu. At the same time, the show also to took a leap. And Rashmi did not want to play a mother to somebody of her own age. Hence, she made an exit from the show. But, now she is back.

As per a reliable source, the production house had been trying to get Rashmi back in the show for quite some time, but the actress was not ready for it. However, last night (4 September) she signed the contract.

If sources are to be believed, the characteristics of Tapasya will remain the same. She will be herself but will come back to undo all that she had done in the past.

She has overcome the entire Veer (Vikas Bhalla) and Ichcha (Tina Dutta) episode. But this time around, she will make living difficult for the Bundelas.

Furthermore, though the creatives have decided on what all Tapasya will do, however, her re-entry in the show is yet to be planned.

We tried contacting Rashmi and producer Rupali Guha, however, both of them remained unavailable for comment in spite of our repeated attempts.
